Автор статьи отмечает, что в современных условиях развития бизнеса и актуальности поддержания российской промышленности на должном уровне возрастает необходимость поиска эффективных оперативных и стратегических решений. Выбор оптимальных инструментов стратегического планирования, способных определить вектор развития такой важной сферы экономики как промышленность, будет способствовать укреплению промышленности на российском рынке и в мире. Для решения поставленных в статье задач использовались традиционные и специальные методы: анализа и синтеза, систематизации и обобщения, логического анализа, прогнозирования. Результатом исследования является предложенный автором алгоритм управления инструментами стратегического планирования в промышленности на примере автомобильной промышленности.

The article presents material for conducting cultural practices in kindergartens with senior group students. The developed cultural practice is focused on the spiritual and moral development and education of children through exposure to the traditional spiritual traditions of Russia, understanding the significance of traditional moral ideals and moral norms for the life of an individual, family, and society.

На стыке концепции стоимостного управления, или управления на основе стоимости, и корпоративного управления, и лежит данное исследование, взаимосвязь, взаимовлияние и сопоставимость этих двух управленческих конструкций является ключевой для рассмотрения на текущем этапе развития российского корпоративного сообщества.

The article discusses the concept, content of activities, phases of the corporate social responsibility management process, functions and CSR management system. Based on the analysis of various approaches to determining the content of social responsibility management, typological characteristics of the CSR management process are highlighted. The thesis is substantiated that the CSR management process includes additional functions, along with the traditional management functions adopted in management. The paper also describes the corporate organizational mechanism of CSR management on the example of large public joint stock companies.

The article deals with the problem of patriotic, spiritual and moral education of the younger generation of the Russian Federation. The author collected data by interviewing schoolchildren of grades 6-11. The research base was MBOU secondary school No. 37 in Stavropol. After the survey, the author analyzed the data using the linear approximation method. The generalized results showed that the majority of students are ready to defend the Russian Federation and support the current government. This pattern grows with the age of the respondents, which indicates the direct role of the educational institution in patriotic education. At the moment, the All-Russian children's and youth military-patriotic social movement "Yunarmiya" is one of the most important elements of the state program for the revival of patriotic values and the education of the younger generation, aimed at forming positively significant ideas about the Motherland, expressing an emotional attitude to the Motherland.

This article describes the results of a practical study in which we conducted an analysis of the relationship between attitudes towards peers of older preschoolers with different types of parental attitudes. In the study, we found that: first, there is a relationship between the attitude of older preschoolers with their peers; second, groups with different types of parental attitudes have differences in the characteristics of interpersonal relationships.

The article considers social skills based on the polymodal approach as a means and result of the interaction of a person with social reality. The diagnostic method SUM-60 (Social skills of a personality – 60) and the results of its testing among young people are presented. The method includes a complex of social and socio-psychological skills focused on adaptive and positive behavior in the social world. The issue of psychological problems in children who enter kindergarten is growing more urgent. If you visit the kindergarten in summer during the period of newcomers’ adaptation, you will usually see the following scene: the parent consigns their child to the kindergarten, but the child is struggling to get used to the new conditions: he/she cries for hours, doesn't want to listen and follow the teacher, detaches from other kids, constantly asks the teacher to bring the mother back etc. Even if parents strictly follow the adaptation rules, for example, leaving the child with the teacher only for half-an-hour to hour, or staying with the child during the outdoor activities, or consigning the child to the care of an experienced teacher etc., it all may bring no result. In this article, we will try to discover the cause of all mentioned problems using the research of popular psychology and pedagogy scientists.

The article reveals the education of the younger generation in modern society. Many values the child acquires in the family. In theory, value orientations are associated with particular decisions and behaviors that are relevant to them, therefore, research on adolescent value systems and social competence can help to better understand the motives behind their social behavior. Quite a few studies were done that confirmed the importance of the list of exploratory values, as the results are difficult to compare when different researchers study different values. Whether the value orientations are relevant to the actual behavior of the person remains an important question, because it is one of the most important components of the motivational sphere of social action, which determines the proper social adaptation of adolescents in society.

The article contains a correlation-regression analysis of the influence of factors on the market value of shares of JSCForteBank. Based on the application of the regression model, conclusions are drawn about the degree of influence of endogenous and exogenous factors on the formation of the market value of bank shares.

However, the existing cadastral system of evaluation of real estate often leads to judicial disagreements. It is proposed to introduce the normative value of real estate for tax purposes with a more mobile model of regulation.
