This paper examines some of the theoretical issues regarding the publication of the Industry 4.0 practices as a voluntary disclosure in the process of business communication. The usage of such reporting is linked to the general process of Sustainable Development Goals achieving in different business and cultural environments. In such approach, a question about the possible role of Sustainability Reports as a communication modality in the global economy arises.

This paper analyzes the possibilities of applying technological trends of the Industry 4.0 concept in education within the framework of achieving Sustainable Development Goals. The task addressed in this work involves identifying the specifics and potential opportunities of digital technologies in the era of Industry 4.0 (both individually and through their integration) that are made available to education in the context of its digital transformation and transform it in the new concept «Education 4.0». The results show that not all digital technologies are equally applicable in the educational sphere.

The present contribution analyses the application problems of Internet of Things in agriculture. Its importance for weather forecast, tracking of farm produce, pests and disease control and monitoring and other innovations were analysed. Still, different realities had not witnessed such reformation and transformation due to some challenges.
