The article refers to the fact that, in order to mitigate the negative effects of the global crisis on the social and economic development of republic, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan «On the first priority measures to mitigate the negative impact of the coronavirus pandemic and global crisis on economic sectors» and «Cornovirus pandemic» «On additional measures to support the population, economic sectors and business entities» was adopted and is being put into practice.

This article explains results of a comparative to test the performance of two top banks in the German banking industry analysis using a financial ratio analysis method. The main determinants considered are solvency and liquidity indicators, which make it possible to observe the risk behaviour of banks before and after the financial crisis. The hypothesis of the study is that the behaviour of German banks depends on bank-specific variables that affect the institution ’s loan policy. The universal banks in Germany can be divided into three main types of institutions: commercial, public sector and cooperative banks. The analysis is carried out on banks of the same category in a decomposed manner. Deutsche Bank and Commerzbank representing the commercial/Private sector. Checking each Bank separately is carried out to detect the similarities or differences that each bank may have in terms of bank performance. The empirical analysis involves a sample of these German banks observed during 2015–2019.

The author describes in detail the risk management program required by the health organization for the successful work of the working staff. The need to improve working conditions in medical organizations is emphasized.

Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are the key to sustainable economic development and solution to a number of social issues in many regions. Almost all enterprises in the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development`s regions (further OECD) belong to the category of small or medium, and they generate about 60% of the general employment and from 50% up to 60% of added value on average. Access to various funding mechanisms is the major prerequisite for development and creation of small and medium enterprises.

The article presents anti-crisis program to minimize risks of psychological security of educational environment at the professional educational organization. The authors justify the relevance of this question for educational institution of the system of professional education. They also give the results of the study of assessing the psychological safety of the educational environment (I.A. Baeva’s questionnaire) on the example of a group of students according to the main diagnostic indicators (attitude toward the educational environment, the essential characteristics of the educational environment and their satisfaction and protection from psychological violence during interaction). The risks and threats to the safety of the educational environment have been identified. The authors have developed the plan on the minimization, which defines types of assistance, personal responsibility, time frame and evaluation criteria. The planned results of approbation of the anti-crisis program within the framework of the professional educational organization have been formulated.

This article presents a study of the dynamics of socio-psychological adaptation in adolescents during the course of pictorial arts. 60 teenagers aged 13 to 17 years have been participating in a longitudinal study for three years, systematically involved and not involved in pictorial art. It has been found that the creative adolescents have lower level of neuro-psychological adaptation and higher level of subjective feelings of loneliness than non-creative adolescents. But creative teenagers have significantly higher self-esteem, level of aspiration and satisfaction in achieving success and lower anxiety in relationships with adults. The influence of the creative group reflected on such personal qualities as: self-confidence, credibility among peers, ability to do things with their hands, social identity, loneliness, frustration needs in achieving success, problems and fears in relations with adults. The personal characteristics of creative adolescents have been identified. These characteristics distinguish them from others teenagers, and the effect of the creative group and creative activity indirectly on the personal qualities of adolescents.

This paper studies the influence of regular pictorial creativity class and the environment of creative groups on overcoming the adolescent crisis. Each of 60 students was given a battery of tests. Psychological adaptation, self-esteem and level of aspiration, identity, the subjective sense of loneliness and school anxiety have been studied. The data of descriptive statistics, Mann-Whitney U criterion for nonparametric tests for two independent samples has been processed. It is concluded that adolescents in non-permanent creative groups have a reduced level of neuropsychic adaptation and self-esteem and also high levels of subjective loneliness and frustration in achieving success, compared with adolescents from the constant creative and uncreative groups.

This article is devoted to the questions of the crisis phenomena in Russian economy in sector of a monetary and credit system and a role of economic policy of the monetary authorities (Bank of Russia) in ensuring financial stability. Short assessment of the main macroeconomic indicators of the country economy is given. The author is describing the actions of economic management regarding monetary control. It is inexpedient that the Central Bank for carrying out the tough restriction policy directed to oppression of economic development and further primitivizing of national economy.
