The implementation of the ORG course at the SevSU sites was of a combined nature - traditional lectures complemented discussions, within the framework of which the material proposed by the relevant ministry was critically comprehended and improved. At the same time, I would like to once again draw attention to the complexity of the ideological tasks stated in the academic course, which is difficult for first-year students to perceive. Discussions around the issue of the national-state idea, in particular about the essential features of Russian civilization, the specifics of the existence of the socio-cultural phenomenon "Russian state-civilization" in various epochs, the ways of forming the intellectual and spiritual image of the peoples of the Russian Federation, are still far from over.

The main task of methodological work at the university is to link into a single methodological block the entire system of scientific-methodological and organizational-methodological support of training areas at the Institute, and not just individual disciplines, to significantly improve the quality of bachelor's and master's training on this basis. The educational and methodological work provides for improving the quality of methodological training of the teaching staff, the development of thematic plans, methodological manuals and other methodological materials. The university should carry out systematic work on methodological support not only for individual academic disciplines, but also for educational processes that ensure the preparation of bachelor's and master's degrees.

В статье предложены и охарактеризованы способы повышения работоспособности диспетчера аварийной сигнализации на объектах производства. Автором исследованы и указаны условия работы человека-оператора и методы их улучшения с целью избегания каких-либо ошибок и просчётов по причине «человеческого фактора». В результате повышения количества информации возрастает и необходимость в ее правильной и своевременной обработке. Именно поэтому такие определения, как проектирование и автоматизация рабочего места, сегодня – актуальный вопрос как для сотрудников, так и для управленческого аппарата.

The activities of SevNC RAO are aimed at ensuring the innovative development of the educational system of the city of Sevastopol as an environment of educational opportunities designed to ensure the advanced development of pedagogical education and society as a whole, solving the tasks set in the National Project "Education". The purpose of the study was to compare performance strategies of cadets and junior basketball players. To achieve this goal, a test of performance strategies (TOPS) was used as an instrument, designed to measure psychological sports skills used both during competition and during practice. The results showed that juniors, in comparison with cadets, have higher indicators in the strategies "Goal setting" and " Self-talk".

The following article examines the basic features of the formation and development of education in Kuban. Education plays an important role in the life of modern society. It was then when rather high requirements of educational-bringing-up process were set.

Presently, a lot of data indicate that the disturbance of mechanisms underlying the regulation of sleep-waking cycle coincides with the mechanisms underlying the development of depression. The disturbance of circadian rhythms is one of the core factors in the genesis of the most affective disorders including depression, which indicates the role of the internal biological clock in the pathophysiology of affective disorders. The episodes of depression, mania or hypomania may result from the disturbances in endogenous biological timing. In this review, we have summarized the literature data obtained in animal models or in the patients with affective pathology, in which the connection between the function of sleep and depression was demonstrated. Specifically, we highlight the mechanisms underlying sleep dysfunction during depression (imbalance of circadian rhythms, melatonin metabolism and mechanisms of neuroinflammatory dysregulation) and provide an evidence for the link between sleep function and depression (sleep disturbances during depressive episodes, the effects of pharmacotherapy, chronotherapy, the effect of sleep deprivation, comorbidity of obstructive sleep apnea and depression).

The aim of the research was to study the features of the sports experiences among basketball players - cadets and juniors. To achieve this goal, the Sport Experiences Questionnaire (SEQ) developed by Luiggi, Maïano and Griffet was used. The results showed that that basketball players juniors had significantly richer competitive experience and the experience of progress than cadets. When assessing the risk taking experience, no statistically significant differences were found between the cadets and juniors.

The article is devoted to the current problems of learning foreign language by advanced academic staff. The author outlines that academic staff learn a foreign language to upgrade their skills, therefore while teaching advanced adults it is necessary to take into consideration some peculiarities which are connected to their life and educational experience. The main advantage is in immediate application of acquired skills and knowledge. The author comes to the conclusion that, upgrading his or her skills by learning foreign language an academic becomes the unique specialist who implements innovative methods and projects.

This article deals with the task of design education in the training of specialists who are ready to implement creative ideas in the design of environmental objects. It gives a detailed analysis discipline of academic painting. It is reported about the study of pictorial techniques, rules and patterns of academic painting, which are necessary when performing creative tasks. The stages of color design of the project are considered in detail, with the implementation of which various graphic techniques of watercolor painting are used.

The purpose of the study was to compare skills of mental imagery among cadets and juniors of the Greco-Roman wrestling. To achieve this goal Bump questionnaire was used as an instrument to measure the level of skills for creating mental images in the practice of an athlete. The results showed that juniors in Greco-Roman wrestling scored higher in the skills “Creating the mood of images” and “Control of the formation of images” than cadets.

The article presents the results of a pedagogical experiment on the application of an experimental program of psychological training improvement of servicemen using the means and methods of physical culture. It is noted that the implementation of an experimental program for the physical training of cadets of the higher military educational institution of aerospace forces gave a higher increase in indicators of physical development.

Until some time in the Russian Federation, all real estate transactions were carried out on the basis of market and inventory value, and from January 1, 2015 a new procedure for calculating property tax was gradually introduced. However, the existing cadastral system of evaluation of real estate often leads to judicial disagreements. It is proposed to introduce the normative value of real estate for tax purposes with a more mobile model of regulation.

The article deals with the review of the first years of the Department of Monumental and Decorative Painting of «St.Petersburg Stieglitz State Academy of Art’s and Design» (Mukhina Leningrad Higher Arts and Crafts College).
