В статье рассмотрены основные проблемы сбалансированности республиканского бюджета и выявлены основные направления бюджетной политики региона на среднесрочную перспективу. В работе был проведен экономико-статистический анализ основных показателей формирования республиканского бюджета, структуры расходов, долговой политики Чувашской Республики. Выводы и предложения позволили авторам выявить основные тенденции достижения сбалансированного бюджета республики и снижения долговой нагрузки.

В статье рассмотрены основные принципы и положения МСФО. Проведен анализ сравнения основных отличий между МСФО и ПБУ в части финансовой отчетности. Рассмотрены проблемы применения МСФО российскими предприятиями и необходимость внедрения МСФО в Российской Федерации. Исследованы пути решения данных проблем, а также различные варианты сближения стандартов.

Статья посвящена актуальному вопросу в сфере современной мировой экономики – истории создания и перспективам развития одного из самых крупных и значимых интеграционных союзов мира – Содружества независимых государств (СНГ). Автором подробно рассмотрена история образования СНГ, дано описание встреч глав государств-участниц. В работе приведены основные документы, отражающие задачи и ход договоренностей по вопросам военно-политического и экономического сотрудничества. Исследователь указывает на наличие определенных проблем в развитии Содружества и кратко обозначает необходимость их решения.

Автор определяет задачу и сверхзадачу, стоящие перед государственным обвинителем. В работе приведено подробное описание таких средств влияния на судебную аудиторию, как личностное влияние, влияние посредством слова, влияние посредством изображения.

Предметом исследования выступают национальное и наднациональное законодательство государств-членов Евразийского экономического союза (ЕАЭС) в сфере инноваций и инновационной деятельности в контексте межгосударственной интеграции в Евразийской регионе. Исследование проводилось на основе комплексного подхода, сравнительного метода и принципа методологического плюрализма. Результаты исследования представлены в виде предложений по систематизации и гармонизации законодательства об инновационной деятельности в странах ЕАЭС.

Дана правовая оценка каждому отдельному нормативно-правовому акту, содержащему основные положения о государственной тайне, функции уполномоченных органов по обеспечению защиты сведений, требующих засекреченности.

The article is devoted to the problem of modernization of the current school education system and the necessity of searching effective methods and means for students to be prepared for the tests and exams taking into account the modern requirements. The author defines the concept of «control-examinational strategies». The repertoire of knowledge and skills included in this type of strategies is presented. The necessity of teaching students control-examinational strategies is actualized and proved.

The research presented in the article is aimed at revealing common main tendencies of agricultural development considered in the light of one of the pressing problems of modern Russia – the problem of import substitution. The methodological basis of the article was the monographic, statistical, logical and other methods of analysis. The main approaches to understanding the concept of «import substitution» are presented in view of the multiple interpretations. The main problems in the sphere of agricultural production have been revealed, hampering the process of import substitution. The results of the work can be used to further study and conduct a deeper analysis of the current state of import substitution of food and agricultural raw materials in Russia.

In this study basic literature, theoretical, philosophical and intellectual background of budgetary policies has been summarized. The article has also studied and examined financial rule applications.

According to the author, changes in higher education are focused on the implementation of the concept of entrepreneurial university. This concept involves the changes of the basic approaches to both the organization of internal activities of higher education institutions and to interaction with other actors (the state, regional authorities, business, foreign partners). The concept of an entrepreneurial university (University 3.0.) is associated with a general reform of the social sphere, oriented toward the process of its denationalization.

Based on the analysis of the economic situation the author identifies the need to improve financial management of the Russian business aimed at the identification and analysis of crisis signals in the organization, and ensure the solvency and financial stability to keep it from bankruptcy.

The article raises the problem of the greening in Russia. The main goal of the work is to determine the place of the state in carrying out greening in the country. The concept of «greening» is revealed, the topicality and necessity of its carrying out in the country is justified. The role of the state in the field of environmental protection is disclosed through administrative and financial measures. The conclusion is made on the priority of administrative measures on the part of the state. It explains why the state plays the main role in carrying out the greening with the help of administrative measures. The scheme of the national plan of the greening in Russia is proposed, all its elements are revealed. The article uses official statistical information.

The author typologizes historiographical works on the history of Freemasonry, which studies the problems of version formation of «Masonic conspiracy» in Russia. The article shows the cultural and historical specificity of «Masonic conspiracy» in European and Russian policy, ztructures chronology of activities of Masonic organizations aimed at the formation of a political conspiracy against the Russian Orthodox monarchy. The author investigates the activities of prominent representatives of Russian culture and the Russian government, the participants of Masonic organizations and issue of taking control of the Russian state authorities Masonic lodges in Russia and also the differences in the activity of Masonic and paramasonskih societies. The relationship of Masonry and the «liberation movement» has been analyzed. As a result, the author concluded that the «Masonic conspiracy» in Russia had been presented as the highest form of organization of anti-government forces, which under the cover of political liberalism and cultural and educational activities pursued the goal of political upheaval and the elimination of autocracy.

The authors describe the specifics of the transition to student-centered learning standards, the main issues arising in the framework of the process of identifying an individual trajectory of student learning and methods of their solutions through the use of the «digital profile» model.
