This paper investigates how artificial intelligence (AI) technologies are used in improving the advertising communications effectiveness. The authors analyze how the use of AI can affect the advertising campaign effectiveness, and also consider the potential application of AI in the global advertising market. The object of the study is advertising communications of commercial enterprises. The subject is using AI in advertising communications. This article attempts to identify and characterize the directions of using artificial intelligence in advertising communications to improve their effectiveness. To achieve this goal, the following tasks are supposed to be solved: to identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness of targeting using AI; to consider the AI use to create unique advertising content (generation of texts, images and video content); to identify opportunities to analyze large amounts of data on the behavior and preferences of the target audience, its segmentation and, accordingly, the creation of personalized advertising messages; to consider the possibilities of providing personalized support for communications with customers using AI in advertising communications. As a result of the study, the authors offer a definition and characteristics of the main directions for using artificial intelligence in advertising communications.

This article discusses the impact of demographic aging of the population in developed countries on their economies. The scientific article presents the results of the analysis of the definition of the theoretical characteristics, essence and concept of the economic category «the effectiveness of the organization's activities». Particular attention is paid to the concept of «economic efficiency» in assessing the activities of the enterprise. The relevance of determining the essence and concept of efficiency in the activities of the organization is that, thanks to the assessment of its indicators, the success of doing business is analyzed. It has been determined that the essence and characteristics of «the effectiveness of the organization» is defined as the degree of efficiency and effectiveness of the commercial activities of the enterprise.

Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a widespread, severe neurobiological disorder that occurs in childhood and adolescence and has a negative impact on social functioning in adulthood. Currently, there are several strategies for the treatment of ADHD including pharmacotherapy and psychotherapeutic interventions. Due to the expansion of the range of available drugs, for practical doctors to choose the tactics of therapy and to set priorities in the treatment process becomes more challenging. The aim of this review is to systematize the evidence-based literature on the treatment of ADHD, based on the principles of evidence-based medicine. The review considers the main mechanisms of action of the drugs used, the role of non-drug methods of treatment, as well as drugs that are not widely used. The most relevant treatment approaches, which have been proven to be effective and safe, are discussed.

In recent decades, sleep deprivation has evolved from a single experimental data set to the status of an effective and affordable therapeutic intervention used in daily clinical practice. The mechanism of action of this method is aimed at the same neurotransmitter systems and brain regions as antidepressants. As in the case of pharmacotherapy for sleep deprivation, it should be used under close supervision of a physician. Clinical effects with sleep deprivation are achieved much faster than with psychopharmacotherapy, but they are not long-term in nature. It is possible to improve the results using a combination of pharmacotherapy and sleep deprivation. The use of sleep deprivation in clinical conditions is aimed primarily at preventing depression and its recurrence, as well as in cases resistant to pharmacotherapy. In modern conditions, the method of sleep deprivation is a significant alternative to traditional approaches to therapy of depression.

Psychological methods and criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of advertising are also considered. An example of a specific advertising case is presented and analyzed. The author presents a process model for the transition to this type of driving, calculated the economic effect, as well as the direct impact of the measure on labor productivity.
