В данной статье рассмотрена проблема определения сущности гудвилла. Проанализировано понятие гудвилла как с точки зрения бухгалтерского учета, так и с точки зрения экономики и юриспруденции. Определены структура, формы и виды гудвилла. Приведено сравнение учета нематериальных активов по российским и международным стандартам.

В данной статье рассмотрены возможности диверсификации малого и среднего предпринимательства как одного из факторов социально-экономического развития. Проанализированы программы господдержки бизнеса за последние 20 лет. Представлена оценка предпринимательской активности и потенциала. Определено понятие мотивационной среды развития предпринимательской деятельности. Исследован проект Стратегии развития малого и среднего предпринимательства на период до 2030 года через призму формирования мотивационной среды. Сделан вывод о необходимости трехстороннего взаимодействия бизнеса, общества и государства для полноценного формирования мотивационной среды.

The article discusses the question of integration relations in the field of entrepreneurship, the main problems of development of small and medium business in the Russian Federation at the present stage of development, and provides a number of factors addressing integration relations.

В статье рассматриваются нормативы обеспеченности объектами социальной инфраструктуры в некоторых регионах РФ и законодательные акты, а также факторы, оказывающие влияние на данные нормативы. Авторы делают вывод: так как объекты общественной инфраструктуры охватывают все сферы жизнедеятельности человека, поэтому для поддержания и улучшения качества жизни населения важным является государственное инвестирование в данные объекты.

В данной статье рассмотрены особенности процессов управления логистикой складирования. Перечислены положительные и отрицательные стороны исследуемой отрасли. Определены пути повышения эффективности работы складского хозяйства. Проанализированы роль и место складов в транспортной логистике. Произведена оценка информационных систем на соответствие стандарту ERP-систем. Предложены направления развития программных продуктов туристской деятельности.

The article discusses the features of a restaurant business and need to automate this activity using innovative information technologies. Describes the developed information system for automation of the service in the restaurant by using the technology of indoor positioning "Beacon". Implemented information system allows to reduce expenses for personnel, eliminates errors that depend on the human factor and allows to accelerate and optimize the functioning of the entire enterprise.

The article is devoted to problems of distribution of early, middle and late Sarmatian cultures in the basin of the river Esaulovsky Aksay. At the beginning of each of the three periods in the region gradual penetration of other cultural traditions is observed, which gradually displace the previous ones. Such periods are distinguished by the presence of funeral complexes of a syncretic character, in which simultaneously new and old features coexist.

The paper focuses on the development of the social-realistic tradition in the culture of the early 1960s. Special attention is paid to the first full-length feature Gennady Shpalikov’s screenplay «Berth», which is an example of the development and the change of social-realistic «tropes» in the screenwriting of «Ottepel / the Thaw»: «a positive hero», «big family» and «war». The author concludes that these fundamental «tropes» define all Shpalikov’s work, the screenwriting and the poetry.

This article introduces Thematic Photobooks system as a mean of special children's' development. According to the ideas of L.S. Vygotsky and Activity Theory by A. Leontiev and S. Rubinstein, the development of a child’s intellectual activity highly depends on the presence of mediating agents in children’s interaction with the environment and highlights the presence of a social medium for children’s development. The process of creating Thematic Рhotobooks about a child and his/her life as a creative collaboration of an adult and a child serves as a mediating agent between a child and his surrounding. The benefits from photography and photo stories for the child's development is described. Creating Photobooks is a goal and a process at the same time. It helps a child to develop important life skills and acquiring knowledge. The structure, application and advantages of this system are presented along with a real life example of a special child as a case study.

The article deals with some literary translation features to analyze adequacy of the translator’s solution. The object of this research is the epigraph of the English novel «Flowers for Agernon» by D. Keyes. Logical descriptive, analytical descriptive and comparative methods as well as methods of analysis and synthesis enabled us to systematize the corresponding theory and to analyze the translator’s solution concerning the strong position rendering, i.e. the epigraph of the novel rendering. The article results might be of great help for courses on linguistics, intercultural communication, text linguistics and theory of translation.

The paper presents the dynamic model of the machine assembly with a recommended mechanism for moving material and the definition of the law of rails motion under various system parameters. The author has suggested the solution implemented by the system of differential equations numerically on the PC and the system describing the motion of the machine set. Recommended values ​​of the parameters of elastic links of material transfer mechanism have been obtained. The researcher has developed the methods of kinematic and dynamic analysis of the material transfer mechanism with elastic elements of the sewing machine and has approved the parameters and development of the design.
