This paper explores a new view of modern physics. New material is added to the modern mathematical physics. Filling a gap in physics theory and physical laws already in existence is the purpose of the article. The paper is devoted to contemporary issues. The work contains first development of formulas: gravitational pulse formula, vibration in pendulum formula, photon formula, three field energy density in atom formula, neutrino energy formula, equal energy of two kinds conversion formula and ray of light energy formula. The author introduces the conversion sign for scientific use in this article. The practical importance of the work involves innovative technology development.

The article concerns with the mathematical approach to the creation of the interface reporting system on the sample of the banking area in order to manage and improve the banking performance. It is based on the approach developed reporting system, with the following implementation in the Banking structure. This reporting system is designed to support and enhance the effectiveness of leadership meetings, which increases the efficiency of the bank.

The article offered method of the calculation of the transaxial fields based on the partition of the potential into two terms. The main term is a harmonic function of two variables and satisfies the given boundary conditions. The harmonic component of the potential is found analytically using the methods of complex analysis. The second term is the solution of an inhomogeneous equation with zero Dirichlet boundary conditions and can be found numerically with the required accuracy.

The article deals with the classification system of arts by American analytical philosopher Nelson Goodman. His concept of the dividing of the art-world into two types of art: «allographic» and «autographic» arts is strongly problematic. The author proves that an empirical distinction between the types of art does not negate the profound unity of the artistic world. In the arts, a variety of the material embodiment of artistic images, does not deny their common genetic code of the creative process.

The article describes a chinch bug Kleidocerys resedae (Panzer, 1797) as a pest of deciduous trees. The main purpose of the work is to determine the percentage of damaged deciduous trees of different types, which were damaged by the pest bug and the influence of climatic factors on their numbers. The main work results are the following: calculated percentage of the trees leaf blades damage, the researcher has indicated the percentage of deciduous trees, damaged by bugs, presented a phenocalendar of a chinch bug development and the occurrence of pests’ frequency in number. The author concluded that the main limiting factor, affecting the increase in the number of bugs is a high moisture level in Almaty.

The results allow to include colposcopy-uterine cytology (by histological indications), bacteriological and direct microscopic studies (if indicated by PCR – polymerase chain reaction) in the observation of pregnant women with abnormal cervical pathology. The ultrasound reveals not only pregnancy but also the prevalence of associated cervical and endometrial pathology, ovarian and helps to estimate the condition of the endometium, myometrium, bacteriological examination, diagnostics and to make correction on time with subsequent follow-up observation of the patients prior to delivery.

The article considers the problem of genital prolapse in women. This is not a rare pathology to date. On the basis of clinical hospital, the authors conducted the study, the statistical data and the results of observations of patients. The researcher also described the classification and different ways of treatment of this pathology, developed a new method of surgical treatment of genital prolapse (circular hemostatic suture in vaginal extirpation of the uterus). At the end of the article the conclusions have been made.

According to the authors, when designing a spacecraft, the main direction in the development of highly efficient designs is to optimize the distribution of specific density, the stiffness of the material according to the size of a component or construction in accordance with the field of existing loadings. This problem can be solved either by rational distribution of isotropic material, or by regulation of stiffness, strength and deformability of the material by the volume of the product. Such materials are polymeric composite materials (PCM) and their elastic-mechanical characteristics can be adjusted within a wide range, including body structure.

The article is dedicated to the changes in the banking sector due to sales and aggregation of the small and medium-sized banks. This paper describes the processes of consolidation and aggregation of the banking sector in Russia, it analyses the dynamics of the M&A deals and identifies the main trends in this market segment for 2017–2018. Based on the overview of the Russian M&A market (M&A means mergers and acquisitions) in the banking sector for the past years a conclusion is drawn about the aims and rationale of the modern processes of mergers and acquisitions in the Russian banking business.

The article describes the specifics of quantum-mechanical knowledge, which is spoken by the criterion of mathematization of conditions of any quantum-mechanical material point, the specific quantum-mechanical sign of dualism of the description of an object. The achievements of quantum mechanics are estimated by results of antichaos essence of science.

The article researches the equation with infinite degrees of stairs (tetration). Tetration is not an elementary function, so the application to the solution of the arguments, that are suitable for algebraic and transcendental functions, leads to erroneous and paradoxical conclusion. The work presents the numerical analysis of the set of solutions of the equation with titration and makes some conclusions of the solvability of the problem for different values of the right-hand side of the equation.

В статье представлена методика построения расчетных математических моделей теплофикационных паротурбинных установок, основанная на физических принципах и учитывающая как топологию тепловых схем, так и реальные верифицированные расходные и мощностные характеристики отсеков во всем возможном диапазоне стационарных переменных режимов. Рассмотрены примеры верификации разработанных моделей и их использование для решения задач долгосрочной и среднесрочной оптимизации работы ТЭЦ с учетом реальных граничных условий и критериев эффективности в рыночных условиях.

В работе представлено заключение по дальнейшему использованию эксплуатируемых и строительству новых мостов из железобетонных и металлических конструкций. Раскрыты основные проблемы использования металлических ортотропных плит. Сформулирована общая идея по использованию композитных материалов в мостостроении.

Современной наукоемкой прикладной задачей является создание высокопрочных, легких и простых в производстве материалов, обладающих схожими характеристиками с металлом или способных заменить его полностью. Эта задача является технически-сложной, в первую очередь потому, что прочностные характеристики разрабатываемых новых материалов напрямую зависят от того, насколько правильно осуществляется контроль структуры материалов и ее изменения в процессе производства. В связи с этим в работе рассматривается актуальная и масштабная задача разработки, создания автоматизированной информационно-управляющей системы (АИУС) контроля в реальном времени технологических параметров процесса производства композитной арматуры.

В статье рассматриваются грамматические трудности изучения французского языка как второго иностранного на базе английского языка. Предполагается, что сопоставительный подход способствует преодолению трудностей в изучении грамматики французского языка.
