Current article performs analysis of International regulation issues for peace nuclear power employment. There are performing issues of security and reliability of this area. Analysis showed that such specific area like nuclear power required International cooperation for security employment and nuclear material non-proliferation. There are required outlet spreading for future technology development and competitive ability of Russia.

The article analyzes urgent issues of application of international law in the field of labor relations. The inclusion of international law in the Russian legal system has become a necessity because at the present time the most universally recognized norms of international law and international treaties can actually be achieved and implemented solely through the judicial system. The main domestic legal norm permitting courts of the Russian Federation to be guided by the provisions contained in international law is set out in part 4 of article 15 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation.

В статье раскрываются результаты эмпирического исследования, проведенного в дошкольных образовательных учреждениях г. Абакана Республики Хакасии, по использованию хакасских народных традиций в воспитании детей в семье.

Разработка педагогических условий обращения к истокам национальной культуры и искусства позволяют подрастающему поколению познать свою тысячелетнюю культуру и искусство. Это предполагает рассмотрение сущности народного искусства и его значения в профессионально-педагогической подготовке будущего педагога, понимание сути непрерывной художественно-образовательной системы, в которой народное искусство и традиционная художественная культура России являются системообразующим компонентом, что и позволит реализовывать дидактические, методические, искусствоведческие подходы к формированию и развитию личности школьника и студента на национальной основе.

В представленной публикации раскрывается значение воспитательного потенциала народных художественных промыслов Дагестана как часть материальной духовной культуры школьников. В содержании материала освещаются проблемы изучения народного декоративно-прикладного искусства в школах Дагестана. Учитывая важность реализации обучающего и педагогического потенциала народных художественных промыслов и ремесел, их недостаточную разработанность и освещенность в процессе формировании творческих способностей школьников, автор формулирует проблему исследования: разработка оптимального содержания изучения народных художественных промыслов, научное исследование и экспериментальное обоснование форм и методов развития творческих способностей на основе опыта прошлого.
