The article focuses on the main driving forces that force telecom operators to introduce the latest achievements of scientific and technological progress into their networks and provide subscribers with new opportunities and advantages. One of the latest advances in the world of telecommunications is the IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS). Based on literary sources, a review of the IMS concept is carried out, the main ideas embodied by it are highlighted. The paper provides a solution for the implementation of virtual IMS technology in the telecommunications network infrastructure, defines the main network equipment on which the functional components of the vIMS network are implemented.

The urgency of the issue treated in this paper is determined by the fact that the federal law requires personal data operators to guarantee the safety of processed personal data by developing security systems based on a number of organizational and technical security measures, as well as their evaluation. When choosing the organisational and technical security measures, the problem of having to consider a large number of normative and procedural documents which regulate this process arises. The aim of this study is to develop the procedural guidelines for choosing and assessing the effectiveness of suggested organizational and technical security measures for data protection in personal data information systems.

The article outlines the features of using the cybernetic approach, which is based on the idea of being able to form a general approach to the consideration of management processes in systems of various nature (in particular, logistics). Modern shipbuilding is a diversified industry, which includes the construction of ship hulls, machinery and equipment, as well as a number of related products. Shipbuilding is characterized by unfavorable working conditions, the presence of dangerous and harmful factors leading to work–related injuries, general and occupational morbidity. In recent years, the shipbuilding and ship repair industry, which was largely dependent on ups and downs in the economy, has experienced extremely difficult times. It is possible that the improvement of the economic situation in the field of shipbuilding and ship repair will serve as a reason for reviewing the organization of occupational safety at the level of countries and companies, and will also contribute to the general improvement of working conditions in this important industry.

The article deals with the fact that gravity is mutual magnitude, if the mass of one of the bodies is close to zero, and the force of gravity common to the two bodies tends to zero. One body does not have gravity. Also, in the article, the authors attempt to prove that the Sun and Jupiter have a huge force, since they are massive bodies in themselves and they also move at low speeds. The authors come to the conclusion that if the Galaxy had gravity, all its stars would have been knocked together long ago. The authors also prove that friction forces always exist. And the frictional forces prevent even rectilinear motion by inertia, the body will stop, continuing to rotate around its axis, if the body has satellites. The authors emphasize that if the body moves, it means that there is someone who moves now, or there is, or was someone who moved before, and it, those-lo, moves by inertia.

The relevance of this article is due to the lack of improvement in tax legislation to account for the largest taxpayers, despite the fact that tax revenues account for more than half of all revenues to the budget. At the present stage, the tax administration system should simultaneously ensure: an increase in the level of tax collection, a reduction in the costs of taxpayers, the creation of convenient conditions for the performance of tax payment duties, and observance of the principle of equity. The article discusses the comparison of selection criteria for the largest taxpayers at the federal and regional levels.

In given article the technique of planning of carrying out of research and development on the basis of the volume determined models is described. Basically, the problems concerning top level of hierarchy, namely, problems of definition of the schedule chart of realization of the basic stages of research and development and volumes of expenses necessary for it are considered. The most effective and modern approach to realization of such substantiation is use of mathematical models. As this completeness is rather limited, in view of incompleteness of the information on properties of environment of the enterprise, the planning technique should provide possibility of correction of planned offers, their recalculation under the specified data.

For the choice of film-forming substance, for the painting of coniferous wood, it is necessary to take into account the main technical characteristics of polymer dispersions and their properties. The main directions of development of the LCP technology are the improvement of decorative and operational properties of coatings through the development of new materials and methods of their application, reducing the use of harmful substances.
