В статье поднимается вопрос о том, что использование в практике детских садов новейших технологий играет важную роль в интеллектуальном развитии дошкольников. Так же говорится о возможности и необходимости использования STEM-технологий в педагогическом процессе дошкольных образовательных организаций, чтобы повысить результат в вопросах развития познания и формирования мышления у детей дошкольного возраста.

This article is devoted to the comparative-legal research of crimes committed by a special subject, the responsibility for which is provided for in the criminal law of Russia and other foreign countries. For the correct qualification of the crime, the special characteristics of the subject are important, since the persons who possess them bear increased responsibility. The transition to a cumulative system of professional development of teaching staff is one of the key factors in the modernization of the Russian education system at the present stage. The purpose of the research work is the selection of a questionnaire for the formation of groups of students according to given criteria. For this, the questionnaire of L. Yovayshi was selected and adapted to identify professional inclinations. An expert analysis was carried out for the suitability of the questionnaire; the calculation of the coefficient of concordance was made, a survey of students was carried out; the analysis of the questionnaire by key was carried out.
