In this article, a rather young phenomenon, emerging at the end of the 20th century - globalization, is considered. The focus of the article is the definition of this term and the views of a number of Western scholars on the impact and prospects of this process on the existing world system.

Annotation. The implementation of the educational standards have called for systemic changes in the educational environment of the gymnasium at the primary level of General education. The authors tell about the organization of educational events of activity orientation, in which primary school students solve different project tasks - subject, interdisciplinary, over-subject, of different ages ones. Their role in providing metasubject educational results is emphasized, for example, the control –and- assessment independence of younger schoolboys is becoming a component of "ability to study".

Summary: between the general stratigraphy scale of the Permian system and the general geochronologic scale of the Permian there is one-to-one correspondence (so-called "bijection" by the theory of the Cantor). Couples of such divisions are considered: System – Period, Series – Epoch, Stage – Age. For demonstration of bijections the piece of the International Chronostratigraphic Chart corresponding to the Perm system is chosen. Divisions which volume and content are proved by a biostratigraphic method treat the straton possessing property of bijection. The Permian system, its departments, tiers treat such divisions.

The article draws attention to the fact that, in accordance with the peculiarity of proving the guilt of the accused in the criminal process, it is not possible to build a united system of interbranch prejudice in the judicial system. In the conclusion, the author notices that applying of undoubted prejudice does not provide for progressing of the criminal court procedure and makes difficulties in applying the procedural law.

The article discusses the problem concerning some changes in image of tax and customs officers. In the concept presented in this article, the authors try to prove that all the planets revolve around their axes due to the impact of their satellites. The rotation of the Joint Force is similar for all planets and for the Sun. The sun and each planet can have several satellites. The article deals with the main components of the model of the process of designing the didactic space of the teacher with the help of in-house training of the teaching staff of the school. Criteria and indicators of efficiency of the offered model are defined. The proposed diagnostic tools allow to fix external and internal changes in the professional activity and in the semantic sphere of the teacher, as well as qualitative changes in the students with whom the teacher works. A level approach to assessing the formation of the didactic space of the teacher on the set of indicators of the proposed criteria is proposed.

The present paper objective is to update the issue of phonological competence development in the framework of multicultural education. On the ground of modern pedagogical studies, the basics of multicultural education are refined on and the content of phonological competence is revealed. The process of acquiring phonological competence is characterized on the basis of the comparative method that includes internal and external subject integration. The paper provides the system of contrastive-phonological activities for mastering phonological competence.

This article discusses the features of progressive systems of effective management of material resources in Russia and abroad. The theoretical position of inventory management systems is analyzed, the application of these systems by mining companies is considered. Based on a comparative analysis, a conclusion was drawn on the management of material resources as one of the main indicators of the effectiveness of the mining industry.
