The transition to a cumulative system of professional development of teaching staff is one of the key factors in the modernization of the Russian education system at the present stage. Monitoring of existing models of accumulative systems, including their regulatory regulation at the level of regional educational systems and educational organizations implementing professional development programs, shows that the reasons for introducing this organizational model are the peculiarities of education development in the conditions of the formation of the information society, the implementation of the National Project "Education", the implementation of the competence model of education, professional standards, the involvement of teachers with basic non-pedagogical (university) education in school. In the research work, the author has studied the essence of adolescence, as well as its features and difficulties. Based on the method of E. Shafer, which was conducted on students of the eighth grade in the composition of 32 people, and had the name: "The behavior of parents and the attitude of teenagers to them", we found out that almost every parent makes a huge number of mistakes in the upbringing and development of their child. Based on this, we have proposed an author's program called: "Pedagogical prevention of conflict situations in interpersonal relationships "teenager-family" in a General educational organization." The relevance of our chosen topic is certainly very high, since nothing affects a person's views, self-knowledge and goals in life as much as the family, and the family and the child themselves sometimes need help, which can be provided by pedagogical prevention.

The author has studied the essence of adolescence, its features, difficulties, as well as conducted a study aimed at studying the relationship of a teenager with his family and to find out whether the family can be the initiator of aggressive behavior of a child. Participants in the study were students of the eighth grade consisting of 32 people, on which a questionnaire was conducted: "the Behavior of parents and the attitude of teenagers to them" (POR; E. Shafer). The study confirmed that the age crisis of a teenager is not the only reason for the deterioration of relationships in the family. Most scales are at a critical level, which indicates a large number of mistakes on the part of parents in relation to the teenager. This situation requires urgent preventive measures to prevent possible difficulties in the relationship "teen-family".

This article presents the results of the study of the mirror's imagery in Japanese literature. Also it presents the imagery of the mirror in the works of the Japanese writer Edagawa Rampo is analyzed. In addition, the characteristics of the mirror's imagery in a particular work by the aforementioned writer are presented , which in turn makes it possible to notice the similarities and differences between Western and Japanese ideas about mirrors.

The article presents brief information about the concept of the language R, its main features for statistical analysis. Some methods of data analysis with R system are considered: one-dimensional statistical characteristics of the sample, the graphical method and the analytical method, the dispersion method, the correlation analysis and linear regression. Oil and gas equipment is a product operating under difficult climatic conditions, therefore the used parts manufactured by casting must have high accuracy and sufficient strength, i.e. have improved operational performance characteristics.

The article considers practical aspects of the demonstration of accentuated personality traits in athletes (on the basis of the Republican Medical Sports Dispensary). In addition, the study devoted to the analysis of the difference in the demonstrations of accentuated traits among athletes engaged in contact and non-contact sports. The sample was made up of athletes residing in the territory of the Republic of Buryatia in quantity of 31 people, aged 19 to 28 years. All participants in the sample have sports ranks: Candidate Master of Sports (24 people) and Master of Sports (7 people).
