This article highlights the current problems of special children parental competence, common mistakes of parents bringing up children with disabilities and ways to eliminate these errors by using properly studied and selected recommendations.

Authors of this article note that one of the widely used in practice methods of strength calculation of structures is the finite element method (FEM). FEM is a procedure of approximate solution of differential equations. It was originally designed for solving problems related to the calculation of strength of structures, that is, to calculate forces, stresses and strains in solids.

The article considers the payment of medical services experience in a hospital with clinical and statistical groups, formed in the system of obligatory medical insurance of the Sverdlovsk region.
