The regularities of radon distribution at the objects of the construction complex were established, depending on the influence of various factors. The studies made it possible to calculate the average annual effective equivalent doses to the population of the Volgograd Region caused by radon and daughter decay products.

The article presents various forms and methods of physics teaching to students of a technical university of oil profile, allowing to maintain an optimal level of knowledge acquisition by future bachelors in the conditions of a substantial reduction of the time allocated by modern curricula for studying this subject. В данной статье исследуется институт договорной подсудности, а именно сам процесс заключения соглашений между лицами, организациями данного вида подсудности и дальнейшие его последствия, установление которого допустимо в отношении возникших и будущих споров. Данный вид подсудности предусмотрен ст. 32 ГК РФ, являясь процессуальным договором, она предполагает, что договор должен содержать указание наименование суда, к компетенции которого стороны отнесли свои споры. Обосновывается также и иная точка зрения, что вовсе не обязательно указывать конкретный суд, которому подлежит рассмотрение возникшего спора, достаточно формулировки в соглашении типа «по месту нахождения истца», «по месту нахождения ответчика», «по месту подписания договора». Статья содержит две точки зрения, находит их подтверждение в судебной практике.

В практической деятельности современного психолога все чаще приходится сталкиваться с чувством токсического стыда, характерного для общества нашего времени. В статье рассмотрен, проанализирован и обобщен опыт работы в психотерапевтической группе с элементами танцевально-двигательной терапии. Работа осуществлялась в интегрированном жанре гештальт-подхода и танцевально-двигательной терапии, основной акцент был сделан на работе с чувством стыда. Группа работала как традиционная динамическая психотерапевтическая группа. В процессе работы для легализации, раскрытия и проработки групповых тем ведущие предлагали техники танцевально-двигательной терапии, которые отлично согласуются с основным методом гештальт-терапии – экспериментом. В данной статье будет описана работа с чувством стыда в технике «танцевальное терапевтическое соло».
