В представленной статье рассматривается квалификация превышения должностных полномочий (ст. 286 УК РФ), а также проблемы отграничения от смежного состава – злоупотребления должностными полномочиями (ст. 285 УК РФ).

К снижению влияния отрицательных внешних эффектов на третьих лиц могут привести только совместные действия государства и общества в целом.

В статье анализируется такой метод инвестирования, как лизинг. Отражены отличия от аренды, структура лизинговой операции. Раскрывается сущность лизинга, дается определение термина «лизинг», рассматриваются функции лизинга, основное переназначение лизинга для предприятия. Проведена классификация лизинга в зависимости от состава участников лизинговой сделки, окупаемости лизинга и сектора рынка, на котором производятся лизинговые операции. В качестве заключения выделяются преимущества и недостатки лизинга для каждого участника лизинговой сделки.

The development of the main directions of the regional policy, taking into account the conditions and achievements of the region, can provide an opportunity to concentrate the region's resources in breakthrough directions of development, repeatedly increase innovation and investment activity, improve the quality of state regulation and management of the region that will ensure its competitiveness.

The difficulties of public education have not lost their relevance today. Vivid personalities served and serve as substantial support in the matter of education. This article raises the question of the development of public education in the Kuban region, as well as the influence of the outstanding enlightener Lieutenant General I.D. Popko on this process. Having conducted a historical analysis of the personal library of the Kuban figure, the authors define the goals, chronological and territorial frameworks of the educational activities of Ivan Diomidovich. The basis of the study was the catalog left by I.D. Popko in a noble house in the city of Stavropol, as well as in the work of I.V. Dubinin and I.G. Ivantsov «Materials for the bibliographic reconstruction of the catalog of the personal library of Ivan Diomidovich Popko» [8].

The field materials collected in the farms of the Olenek National Evenk District show the use of indicators for the adaptation criteria of traditional agriculture in the modern agricultural system. This article describes the principles of assessing the vulnerability of buildings from landslides based on simulation. Approaches to the interpretation of the results of such modeling for vulnerability assessments are substantiated. The analysis of simulation results for different variants of landslides impact on buildings of different structures is carried out. Curves of vulnerability of buildings from landslides of different sizes are constructed. Vulnerability values can be used in risk assessments as part of engineering-geological surveys and other types of work.

An attempt to specify the typology of female images in the novels of I.S. Turgenev is made in the article. Three main variations are revealed: "Turgenev`s girl", possessing high spirituality, purity, strength of character; "infernal woman," having something magic, correlated in the works of the writer with the motive of love-power; a woman-mother, in which, on the one hand, the features of the lady mistress of the aristocratic estate, hungry for adoration, worship, which carries a shade of falsehood, are pointed out, and on the other hand, the mother of the family, giving her relatives warmth and love. However, all female images are described with psychological realness and depth.

The article examines capabilities of Russian zoophonic verbs (those describing sounds produced by animals) to create semantic modifications. Using the appending inventory of zoophonic verbal modifications from novel sources, previously unused in lexicographic practices, the open (infinite) nature of semantic modifications’ domain, its composition and the fluidity of its lacuna zones are shown. The structure of zoophonic verbal modifications is examined; verbal modifiers, non-typical for this lexical-semantic group of verbs, are inventoried. The obstacles to successful production of semantically modified derivatives during different stages of synthesis are classified by several criteria: denotative, semantic, and distributive. The research findings demonstrate the peculiarities of Russian zoophonic verbs’ behavior as well as map out their modification capabilities during the process of synthesis.
