Из статьи можно сделать вывод, что сельское хозяйство, будучи одной из главных отраслей экономики РА, наиболее подвержено различного рода рискам, в частности влиянию стихийных бедствий. В работе по годам представлены угрожающие сельскому хозяйству основные стихийные бедствия и обоснована необходимость внедрения системы страхования в сельскохозяйственном секторе. Поэтому для постепенного инвестирования этой системы первичной задачей является создание предпосылок и принятия мер, в частности реализации пилотного проекта.

В настоящее время все большее внимание уделяется изучению влияния факта информатизации различных отраслей и сфер жизни общества. Безусловно, информатизация и конвергенция информационных технологий с агропромышленным комплексом оказывает огромное влияние на эффективность функционирования последнего. Агропромышленный комплекс не стал исключением, так министерством сельского хозяйства разрабатывается ряд программ, направленных на развитие инфраструктуры и рынков сбыта сельскохозяйственной продукции. The article considers the standing order of the budget of the constituent territory in the Russian Federation in the budget system of the country and reveals the main problem of low fiscal capacity of the region. The article discusses the problem concerning some changes in image of tax and customs officers. Tax and customs system is a multifunctional structure, therefore, in order to ensure unified application of the legislation, professional training of staff should be organized by means of guidelines, workshop discussions, qualification trainings and other instruments, which should be attended by the employees of territorial and regional tax and customs authorities. The article deals with the main components of the model of the process of designing the didactic space of the teacher with the help of in-house training of the teaching staff of the school. Criteria and indicators of efficiency of the offered model are defined. The proposed diagnostic tools allow to fix external and internal changes in the professional activity and in the semantic sphere of the teacher, as well as qualitative changes in the students with whom the teacher works. A level approach to assessing the formation of the didactic space of the teacher on the set of indicators of the proposed criteria is proposed.

The present paper objective is to update the issue of phonological competence development in the framework of multicultural education. On the ground of modern pedagogical studies, the basics of multicultural education are refined on and the content of phonological competence is revealed. The authors also prove that it is necessary to exclude the term "synchronization", which has no right to exist due to the absence of satellites rotation of the planets around their axes.
