В статье рассматривается вопросы пользования жилыми помещениями по договорам найма коммерческого жилищного фонда, а также совершенствование механизма и качества работы по предоставлению жилых помещений коммерческого жилищного фонда в городском округе Богданович.

The topicality of the research is caused by the need of technical texts translation, as well as with the need of studying the adequacy and equivalency of safety records translation. The study is an attempt of reviewing this problem on the example of a specific text.

The article deals with some literary translation features to analyze adequacy of the translator’s solution. The object of this research is the epigraph of the English novel «Flowers for Agernon» by D. Keyes. Logical descriptive, analytical descriptive and comparative methods as well as methods of analysis and synthesis enabled us to systematize the corresponding theory and to analyze the translator’s solution concerning the strong position rendering, i.e. the epigraph of the novel rendering. The work considers the order to form profits from sales. Based on the results of the study, the ways to increase profits of the organization have been revealed.

In the article, based on the court practice and studies of practicing lawyers, the analysis of the legal nature and features of the sales contract about real estate, which will be built in the future, is carried out. The article concludes that the future real estate sales contract is a type of investment contracts, which is most frequently found in legal practice. The results of the analysis can be used when structuring investment relations in real estate construction.

Relevance of the article is caused by the fact that investment activity of insurance companies exerts considerable impact on their solvency and financial stability. Insurance reserves and own funds are provided with doubtful or unreliable assets, and the insurer has a risk of non-execution of the obligations for insurance payments in connection with inability to use the investments made in unreliable assets. The article examines the questions concerning the optimization of territorial structure in the Sverdlovsk region associated with the comprehensive transformation of the economy of single-industry towns and mono economics areas. The author has analyzed the population dynamics of the region and industrial production, with allocation of single-industry towns. A classification of towns by type of localization economy has been classified. The author has made some conclusions on quality solution of the problems in the single-industry towns in the Sverdlovsk region.

The subject of the study is the institution of criminal procedural liability. Sanctions of criminal procedural liability, namely a monetary redress, received the first legislative consolidation in the new Criminal Procedure Code of Kazakhstan. Who the pecuniary punishment is applied to is fixed in the article 159 of Code of Criminal Procedure of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The size and procedural order of its application is regulated by the article 160 of Code of Criminal Procedure of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The authors analyze the introduction of the judicial mechanism of pecuniary punishment and the existence of the Code of Administrative Offenses on the monetary redress expressed in the form of an administrative fine and conclude that it is difficult to differentiate the sanctions of criminal procedural responsibility in the form of a monetary redress and an administrative fine for the commission of criminal procedural violations. The authors present their own arguments to address the duality of application of the Code of Criminal Procedure and the Code of Administrative Offenses to bring to criminal procedure responsibility and administrative responsibility for the same criminal procedural violations.
