The author describes the problem of formation of tax literacy and culture of the population of the Russian Federation, identifies the causes of non-compliance with the taxpayer's tax discipline. The statistical analysis of tax offences has been made. The article describes the main causes of tax evasion by legal entities, analyzes methods to improve tax literacy, provides the list of activities to achieve a high level of outreach service for the taxpayers and suggests the ways of improving service for the taxpayers as partners of the state.

The article examines the cultural leisure time of citizens of the USSR in the 70-s on the example of the city of Nizhnekamsk. The aim of this work is to show which role leisure played in the lives of Soviet society. The state was interested in the education of the workers. And the main idea of education was to create favorable conditions for self-education. Self-education included physical and intellectual development. And the leisure contributed to it, so did the state. The sport, libraries, literary evenings, etc begins to popularize. The article has been prepared on the basis of the analysis of the periodicals of Nizhnekamsk.

In the transition of the leading countries of the world on an innovative way of development, transport is considered as one of the most important factors of socio-economic growth in Russia. Transport contributes to strengthening the unity of the economic area of the country, improves the interregional and international transport and economic relations, increases the efficient using of natural resources, develops entrepreneurship and international cooperation. However, there is a number of obstacles before implementation of transport and transit potential of Russia. The paper deals with features of international and national transport corridors on the territory of Russia and the key problems of their functioning and possible ways to overcome them.

The article describes a chinch bug Kleidocerys resedae (Panzer, 1797) as a pest of deciduous trees. The main purpose of the work is to determine the percentage of damaged deciduous trees of different types, which were damaged by the pest bug and the influence of climatic factors on their numbers. The main work results are the following: calculated percentage of the trees leaf blades damage, the researcher has indicated the percentage of deciduous trees, damaged by bugs, presented a phenocalendar of a chinch bug development and the occurrence of pests’ frequency in number. The author concluded that the main limiting factor, affecting the increase in the number of bugs is a high moisture level in Almaty.

The article deals with understudied methodology of translation criticism and its developing methods; conducts critical translation analysis of the fairytale written by brothers Grimm – «Rotkäppchen». The object of this research is a text of the fairytale. The comparative method and the method of linguostylistic analysis allow to conduct critical translation analysis and give detailed description of lexical, grammatical stylistic means which are supposed to be the article subject. The article results are of great help for courses on linguistics, stylistics of English, German and Russian languages, intercultural communication, contrastive and text linguistics.

The paper deals with the use of reagents for the possibility of joint acquisition and preparation of oil and coal-bearing Devonian streams. The analysis of these flows of formed emulsions has been made and chemicals, allowing to destroy the emulsion or prevent its formation have been defined.

Using a comparative law method this article describes the similarities and differences in the obligations as a result of the injury in the Russian Federation and other countries of continental legal family, characterizes the responsibility for harm caused by deficiencies of goods, jobs and services under the laws of the countries in the Anglo-Saxon legal family. The work also suggests the ways to improve the legislation.

The terminology practice, which is used in the legislation of constituent entities of the Russian Federation at the legislative initiative deputies right is a subject of research to the legislative authority in Russia. The article shows the analysis of legal acts of constituent entities of the Russian Federation in order to highlight a systematic approach to the organization of the legislative process at the stage of the legislative initiative by deputies in regional parliaments. The investigation of the basic concepts used in relation to the association of deputies in regional parliaments as a subject of legislative initiative, has allowed to formulate the conclusion about the place of the deputy and deputy groups in the mechanism of legislative initiative.

The article analyzes urgent issues of application of international law in the field of labor relations. The inclusion of international law in the Russian legal system has become a necessity because at the present time the most universally recognized norms of international law and international treaties can actually be achieved and implemented solely through the judicial system. The main domestic legal norm permitting courts of the Russian Federation to be guided by the provisions contained in international law is set out in part 4 of article 15 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation.

Различные преобразования, изменение мировоззрения по вопросам землепользования привели к негативным последствиям. Результат: отрасль в глубоком кризисе. Одной из причин авторы отмечают неэффективность системы управления отраслью. В Краснодарском крае разрабатывается долгосрочная антикризисная программа устойчивого развития аграрного сектора экономики. Ввод различных мероприятий позволит к 2020 г. повысить как экономику АПК, так и экономику края в целом.

В предлагаемой статье автор на основе анализа различных точек зрения говорит о том, что не исключают признание универсальности наследственнного правовпреемства отдельные случаи сингулярного наследственного преемства. Соответственно, автор приходит к выводу, что не прекращение, а изменение правоотношения и, прежде всего, в субъектном составе (происходит замена одного субъекта другим) с одновременным переходом субъективных прав и (или) обязанностей от правообладателя к правопреемнику представляет собой правопреемство при наследовании.

В статье представлен исторический анализ развития рейдерства в России. Авторы полагают, что необходим постоянный мониторинг экономических форм активности, результатом которых являются захваты управления в юридических лицах, с неблагоприятными последствиями в виде причиненного ущерба обществу или государству, с целью законодательного предупреждения новых проявлений рейдерства.
