The article outlines the features of creating cave temple monuments in India. A comparative analysis of some aspects in the architectural traditions and building technologies of the temple architecture of Europe and India is given. The impact of construction technologies on the interior spaces, the interiors of temple complexes cut in rocks and integrated into integral systems of environmental complexes is affected.

The article discusses the features of the cognitive processes of students, including the process of cognition in context with the artistic and educational environment that ensures the reflection of the phenomena of the objective world in solving the upcoming life tasks. The impact of an insufficiently objective attitude to the discipline «Visual arts» in school teaching practice, which influences the development of cognitive-visual (visual-cognitive) thinking of students, is shown. It is in the artistic and educational environment that the skills of visual perception of various information are formed using the pictorial language of images, clarity, sign and symbolic systems that promote the conscious use of concepts and inference in any academic discipline. As a result, it is shown that the development of cognitive processes includes the formation of internal motivational activity of children, methods of perception of visual information associated with information exchange, inspired by cognitive metaphor and cognitive load, as a result, children's intellectual development, including cognition, explanation and understanding of educational information.

Currently, one of the urgent problems associated with the modernization of higher education is to ensure the safety of the educational environment of the University. In the article this phenomenon is considered in the perspective of professional training of specialists in physical culture.

In given article the technique of planning of carrying out of research and development on the basis of the volume determined models is described. Basically, the problems concerning top level of hierarchy, namely, problems of definition of the schedule chart of realization of the basic stages of research and development and volumes of expenses necessary for it are considered. The part of the training of highly qualified specialists in the field of automation is the use of training and laboratory stands in the educational process of bachelors of the specialty 5B070200 "Automation and Control". At the department "Automation of production processes" (APP) of KSTU widely used laboratory complexes based on the equipment of world companies. The goals and objectives of the development of a new teaching and laboratory stand are determined. Studies of the selected programmable logic controller (PLC) are performed. PLC-compatible hardware and programming environment for the PLC is searched. The laboratory stand “Mechanical processing area” is selected as the control object. A flowchart of the control object and its control system have been developed. The main goal is the creation of a laboratory and methodological complex for studying the stand “Control system based on a Mitsubishi FХ5U controller” to control a real object — a belt conveyor made by Fischer Technik.

The article examines the powers of the Ministry of Construction Industry, Housing and Utilities Sector of the Russian Federation, specifics of its functioning within the system of executive bodies of Russia; There is being researched the activity of this Ministry, aimed at the development of urban planning, architecture and housing and communal services in Russia. The article deals with the ecological problems of the Pavlodar-Irtysh Priirtyshye. For a long time, it was believed that the Pavlodar region in terms of pollution is not a problem region. Recently, ecologists of the region have been alarmed by the fact that in the short period, since the 1990s, the region has become a leader in the level of air pollution. Today, in terms of pollution level, the Pavlodar region takes the third place in the republic. One of the causes of pollution of the environment is the rapid development of industry. As a part of ecological support, our students, like many other residents of the Pavlodar region, are involved in cleaning up their native city and the Irtysh floodplain, as a favorable habitat is an important part of life and health of people.
