The novelty of the proposed article is determined by the fact that the authors use a convergent media and information environment as a space for professional self-determination and offer practical approaches to the implementation of the process of professional self-determination in this environment

Annotation The properties of the atomic nucleus were studied, in particular the weight of quarks and the energy of gluons were calculated. The nuclear potential and quark mass were calculated from the kinetic energy and momentum. This is determined using integers on which the mass of quarks and the energy of gluons depend. The mass of quarks is approximately known, and a dependence on integer numbers of the quark mass is selected that is close to the experimental value. This allows us to more accurately determine the mass of quarks that satisfy the kinetic energy of the quarks and their momentum. The energy of the atomic nucleus and the energy of the atom are determined using STR formulas at imaginary speed.

The purpose of this study is to develop the description principles for lexicographic terminology in word-formation (WF) synthesis of Russian verbs. The scientific novelty lies in the fact that for the first time the terminological system for WF synthesis of verbs is presented as the object of lexicographic description and enhanced with inter-active web-based elements. As a result, it has been proven that this terminological dictionary can serve not only as an informational and methodological instrument, but it also can become an effective teaching tool for studying Russian verb synthesis. The main macro-structure of the designed dictionary features the departure from the traditional alphabetic organization of the material, utilizing instead the principle of zoning by synthesis levels (the root and the word formation levels). Each lexicographic entry is augmented with interactive links to digital Russian explanatory dictionaries and to the Russian National Corpus (RNC) database.

В статье рассматриваются меры противодействия взяточничеству как коррупционному преступлению в уголовно-правовом аспекте. Показано, что Уголовный кодекс РФ (УК РФ) является действенным инструментом политики противодействия. В последнее время много сделано в сфере борьбы с коррупционными преступлениями, однако статистика показывает, что количество данных преступлений, и, прежде всего, взяточничества, продолжает увеличиваться. Это говорит о необходимости совершенствования уголовного законодательства. Автором также рассмотрена проблема взяточничества в органах внутренних дел.

The purpose of the study is to present the terminology of word-formation synthesis as an organized system and identify the stages of development of its relevant terms. The scientific novelty of the study resides in the fact that a structured corpus of word-formation synthesis terms with elements of definitional analysis is introduced into scientific usage. As a result, it has been proven that the terminology of word-formation synthesis is a multilevel, hierarchically organized system, and the inventory of units within it changes at different stages of research. The system of modification synthesis terms is examined and tested with and through several proprietary novel web scraping algorithms that allow extracting the verbs of sound from digital databases of contemporary dictionaries and the National Corpus of the Russian language.

The transition to a cumulative system of professional development of teaching staff is one of the key factors in the modernization of the Russian education system at the present stage. Monitoring of existing models of accumulative systems, including their regulatory regulation at the level of regional educational systems and educational organizations implementing professional development programs, shows that the reasons for introducing this organizational model are the peculiarities of education development in the conditions of the formation of the information society, the implementation of the National Project "Education", the implementation of the competence model of education, professional standards, the involvement of teachers with basic non-pedagogical (university) education in school. An important circumstance is also the upcoming renewal of the mechanisms for financing educational services related to the allocation of funds for professional development.

The Methodology of work is the application of elements of system analysis (taken and expected government decisions) in the field of innovation research and technological development relating to directions, outcomes, determinants, indicators, challenges and priorities. The research is based on the general scientific method (problem statement, information-analytical generalizations, classification and analogies, analysis and synthesis, inductive-deductive approach). The results of the work consist in the formulation of scientific and technological determinants of innovative development. The application scope of the results is the strategy of innovative development until 2030. Conclusion. The strategy of innovative development until 2020 takes into account the bases of strategic planning and scientific and technological development of the country, the selected model and the tempos of innovative development take into account the world experience and domestic characteristics, aimed at parity-adapted integration into the world economy, contribute to reducing the retardation from developed countries. Step-by-step formulation of scientific and technological determinants of innovation Strategy until 2030 can be expected from the discussed draft Program «Scientific and technological development of the Russian Federation for 2019–2030». For comparative and analytical clarification of the development model (within the framework of the Strategy until 2030), it is important to display its innovative characteristics (scientific and technical novelty, satisfaction of market demand, tradability) against the background of global trends and projected features of the «road map» of the new technological mode. At the same time, the scientific and technological determinants of innovative development will definitely remain trans-parently oriented priority areas for the development of science, technology and technology, critical technologies and technological platforms. In addition, due to the multiplicative role of attracted investments in the growth of national income and employment, it seems promising to continue to remove obstacles to the development of public-private partnerships; although, in order to increase the level of technological development of the private sector and change for the better the unsatisfactory financing of R&D by business, in the foreseeable future, limited state protectionism is intended to initiate demand for innovations.

In given article the technique of planning of carrying out of research and development on the basis of the volume determined models is described. Basically, the problems concerning top level of hierarchy, namely, problems of definition of the schedule chart of realization of the basic stages of research and development and volumes of expenses necessary for it are considered. The most effective and modern approach to realization of such substantiation is use of mathematical models. This article examines the dependence of the level of short-term memory, memory type and indirect memory on the level of educational motivation in younger schoolchildren. The study showed that there was a relationship between memory and the level of educational motivation. It is proved by diagnostic tests that, the higher the levels of short-term and indirect memory, the higher the level of motivation, and vice versa. It was also revealed that the type of memory does not affect the level of educational motivation.
