Данная статья затрагивает вопрос об изменении электорального поведения в связи с применением информационных технологий. В статье обозначены проблемы формирования и воспроизводства электорального процесса под влиянием современных информационных технологий.

The article analyzes the problem of using information and telecommunications technologies in the system of public administration in the EU countries. Based on extensive statistical material, the main trends in the use of digital technologies that have begun to have a serious impact on European politics are described. It proves the need to reduce the gap between everyday life (which is firmly embedded in information technology) and traditional practices of public administration.

The article deals with the problem of increasing the efficiency of processing and interpretation of aerospace information. For this purpose, it is proposed to use artificial intelligence methods such as pattern recognition, neural expert systems, geoinformation technologies. Using the example of constructing a geoinformation expert system for assessing the suitability of lands, a method is shown for integrating a set of data and technologies to reduce time and increase the reliability of interpretation of the results of processing satellite information.

The article is devoted to the role of modern innovative technologies of teaching a foreign language, which are an integral element of its process. The potential of using such technologies in the field of learning a foreign language is large, but the opportunities inherent in it are not sufficiently studied. The priority direction of language teaching is the development ofmethods using innovative technologies that keep up with the times. The purpose of this article is to study the role of innovative technologies in the process of teaching a foreign language. To obtain the results of this study, methods of analysis, synthesis and deduction were used. As a result of the study, the authors came to the conclusion that innovative technologies underlie the convergence of educational activities, the development of knowledge, skills, which in turn make it possible to apply a personality-differentiated approach in teaching a foreign language.

So, we demonstrate all steps of creating one specific project by a young NeoBook beginner - 11-year-old girl.

The author considers that profession training requires mastery of competencies and is typical for many modern professions, including logistics. Traditional ways of learning do not allow to solve problems, which appeared again. The use of CASE-technologies partially reduced this problem, but it led to a number of new tasks. The analysis showed the problem of CASE-technologies implementation, due to a technical delay and the lack of young teaching staff, who are ready to use new information technologies in the process of preparing the logistics specialists.
