The article discusses theoretical issues related to ensuring the quality development of students' professional competences in psychological and educational prevention of deviant behavior of adolescents and young people; the content-technological aspects of the need for the teacher to develop well-adjusted pedagogical support strategies in the organization of the independent learning activity of the students, the development of the subject's position of students in the learning process, are updated.
