In this research focus on reduces waiting time and safe travel time at a level crossing. Current research interest is the application to improve implementation, reducing the waiting time for motor vehicles at a railroad crossing. This article focuses on the equality of the estimated late losses resulting from the application of the chain ladder model to the estimates obtained on the basis of the incremental development triangle by cross-parameterizing the rated increments of losses with Poisson distributions using the generalized linear model. In this article, the formulas of the chain ladder model are derived by solving the problem of cross parameterization of rated increments of losses. Smaller accounting groups than the risk, along which the development triangle is formed, make conclusions about the possible bases for the sharing of reserves. This issue may be relevant for the further calculation of actuarial premiums.

The relevance of this study is determined by the importance of theoretical and practical analysis of issues related to intercultural communication. The object of this paper is the extralinguistic aspect of the U.S. military lingo. The subject area embraces distinctive linguistic phenomena of the military subcultural milieu, going back to the historical and cultural heritage of military society and thus characterized by extralinguistic context. As exemplified in English, the authors point out, that success of cross-cultural communication is largely determined both by a high level of linguistic competence and background knowledge.

Speech etiquette as the main component of cross-cultural communication is studied by the authors, most common speech norms used in communication for the beginning of the conversation and during the conversation in the foreign language are analyzed. The authors compare the rules of verbal behaviour in the English and German languages, identify the rules of verbal behaviour which help to get communicative aim.

According to the authors, joint training of Russian and foreign students in a multicultural group has a number of positive aspects. This, above all, the possibility of the formation of intercultural interaction of people of different cultures and the formation of a tolerant person. One of them is that it gives opportunities to develop the abilities of multicultural communication to all the students within the group. However it should be taken into consideration that the students in such groups in most cases are multilevel. So every teacher and professor has to search for new adequate methods and techniques of teaching so that to help foreign students to adapt quickly in a new surrounding. The authors believe the Singapore technique of teaching is quite appropriate for these purposes.
