Несмотря на недавний всплеск интереса к эвиденциальности, она является одной из наименее изученных модусных категорий. исследовательская проблематика которой касается вопроса описания ее модусных параметров. В результате исследования автор приходит к выводу о том, что к любое эвиденциальное высказывание обладает «планом выражения» и «планом содержания», которые репрезентируются посредством лингвистических и невербальных ресурсов.

В статье рассматриваются проблемы функционирования разговорных конструкций в художественном тексте, а именно конструкции с «актуализированными номинативами». Актуализированную позицию формы именительного падежа занимают в результате сегментации – одного из способов стилизации разговорной речи в языке художественного произведения. Конструкции с «актуализированными номинативами» используются автором текста для создания речевой характеристики персонажа, раскрытия авторского замысла.

В данной статье рассматривается вопрос методологического подхода в исследовании принципов гражданского права. В Гражданском кодексе РФ впервые закреплена статья, определяющая основные начала гражданского законодательства. Все также основополагающим в гражданско-правовой доктрине выступает представление, согласно которому принципы гражданского права дают возможность более правильного понимания смысла отраслевого правового регулирования и толкования конкретных правовых норм, но их регулятивный функционал ограничен пробелами в законодательстве. Указанный подход создает препятствия в практическом применении принципов, не способствует полной реализации заложенного в них потенциала. В связи с чем целесообразен поиск нового методологического подхода к изучению принципов гражданского права, согласно которому их исследование нужно проводить, ориентируясь на теоретический и практический структурные уровни. Учитывая это, нужно разработать меры, направленные на реализацию принципов гражданского права как в правотворчестве, так и в правоприменении.

В данной статье затрагиваются проблемы создания системы деятельности учителя по конструированию исторического пространства как основы для формирования гражданской идентичности обучающихся. В основе диагностики развития гражданской идентичности лежат её структурные компоненты: когнитивный, эмоциональный, ценностный и поведенческий.

На основе анализа выявлено, что наглядно-образное мышление младших школьников развивается в процессе взаимодействия игровых и речевых действий, учебно-познавательной деятельности.

In this article it is studied how various factors in combination influence the formation of intellectual property institution and influence the development of the innovative activity of the Russian economy. The effect of each factor on the share of innovation production in the total output in the Russian economy is calculated. The article examines the intensity of secondary successions of vegetation in abandoned agricultural areas in submountain regions of Crimea. Floristic, age and quantitative range of the «pioneers» species of these phytocenoses’ settlement are identified by conventional forest inventory and geobotanical methods. The research proves the formation of transitional communities consisting of primary forest vegetation and grassy glade complexes with plenty of ruderal species and intensive mosaic grass stand, therefore secondary demutations are under discussion for decades.

An analysis of the biomorphological composition and structure of the phytocoenoses of trial plots of the river Zuya, which reflects the typical features of the meadows texture, is represented in the work. Changes identification in the structure and biomorphological features of plant communities in a comparative aspect make it possible to predict the changes occurring in phytocenoses and can also serve as a basis for their further multi-year monitoring.
