The article considers social networks as one of the components of information technologies in the system of the world educational space. Social networks are represented by the mechanism of social interaction, without which social and cultural development is impossible. Network education is a system independent of the formal structures, which functions solely due to the individuality of its participants.

Modernization and innovative development of the domestic high-tech industrial complex requires the intensification of the processes of its structural adjustment, which is impossible without the use of modern information technologies, which significantly increase the efficiency, efficiency and accuracy of management decisions.

Under the conditions of sanctions restrictions, the practice of increasing the cost of creating a new generation of dual-use space technologies is unacceptable for the budget of our country. As the experience of developed countries shows, a successful solution to this problem can be achieved through the extension of dual-use technologies to other spheres of public life. Some of the promising areas of such use of space technology are shown in this article. In addition, it substantiates some approaches to assess the benefits of the use of dual-use space technologies in certain areas of social development.

This work is a continuation of a series of articles devoted to the development of the physics of «vacuum» on the basis of the axioms of the Algebra of Signatures. In this part of physics of the «vacuum» the overall dynamics of vacuum layers, and in particular of «vacuum electrostatics», are considered. The rotation of the vacuum layers within the core of the stable vacuum formation (in particular the inside cores of the «electron» and «positron») is investigated.

So, we demonstrate all steps of creating one specific project by a young NeoBook beginner - 11-year-old girl.

The article presents the research of information protection means against unauthorized access to an automated radionuclide spectrometry system. As a result of the conducted researches, the system's security indicators have been obtained, which allow to calculate and optimize the probability of damage from unauthorized access taking into account the operating time and the applied information protection means.
