The article describes practical methods of navigation using GPS-navigators, topographic maps and the Internet, which can help people, interested in travelling (tourists, fishermen, hunters, and including professionals (geologists, surveyors, topographers) to reliably find their way to the target site. It also describes methods of navigation with a GPS-navigator Garmin eTrex H. The described technique will help to find the way back, eliminating or significantly reducing the possibility of the loss of orientation in unfamiliar terrain. Thanks to GPS-navigator it is easier to move on unfamiliar terrain, even with the presence of a topographic map. The «Internet» network significantly expands the possibilities of satellite navigation receiver. Due to the rapid display of all the changes of the area and the large scale of satellite imagery it is easier to find the way to the target.

The authors describe the specifics of the transition to student-centered learning standards, the main issues arising in the framework of the process of identifying an individual trajectory of student learning and methods of their solutions through the use of the «digital profile» model. Designer drugs when ingested, can affect a range of neurotransmitter pathways/receptors: dopamine, cannabinoid (CB1), GABA(A/B), 5-HT2A, glutamate, and k-opioid receptors (KOR), the imbalance of which leads to the development of polymorphic psychotic disorders.

The article is dedicated to the changes in the banking sector due to sales and aggregation of the small and medium-sized banks. This paper describes the processes of consolidation and aggregation of the banking sector in Russia, it analyses the dynamics of the M&A deals and identifies the main trends in this market segment for 2017–2018. This article describes the ways to improve the automated system of technological preparation of manufacturing. The method for optimizing the planning of technological equipment based on the use of artificial neural networks was developed for the automated system of technological preparation of manufacturing.

The changes of biochemical asymmetry of rats with different motor phenotype (left-handed, right-handed and ambidexters) during their adaptation to hypokinesia have been studied. It is shown that the development of hypokinetic stress in rats owing to restriction of their mobility leads to sharp activation of the processes of lipids peroxidation and to decrease of tiol-disulphate metabolism in brain cortex of animals with different phenotype of motor hemispheric asymmetry. The degree of studied parameters asymmetry changes in hypokinesia. There is a significant reduction of asymmetry coefficient till the inversion of its sign that testifies about decreasing stress resistance of an organism and adaptive possibilities to external influences.

This article describes the theory of individual’s informational socialization; new types of social and informational trainees’ deviations; social and pedagogical point of view on preventative measures for internet addicted children and teenagers by means of system organization of students’ informational and pedagogical support under the conditions of social and information security risks. The basic directions of development of the University information educational environment during the training of seafarers on the basis of the development of a distributed infrastructure of technical and software systems, implementation of virtual simulators to modelling conditions of quasiprofessional activity of seafarers have been formulated. The necessity of development of e-learning technologies for practical training on real physical hardware has been justified.

The article is devoted to a brief review of modern CAD for electromagnetic modeling of microwave devices. Five major CAD systems are described in the article: FEKO, μWave Wizard, Sonnet, AWR Microwave Office, HFSS. It is inexpedient that the Central Bank for carrying out the tough restriction policy directed to oppression of economic development and further primitivizing of national economy. It is offered to transform monetary policy for ensuring anti-recessionary actions exiting the stagnating condition.

In recent years in the North Caucasus there is a tendency to review the question of ethnogenesis and the past of the Ossetian people. Attempts to falsify history have always existed and the prerequisites for this were very different.
