The paper presents results investigated a lubricating properties of SN 150 mineral base oil modified with exploitation preparations R-2000 (soft material based preparation), MOTOR LIFE (chemical preparation) and Acorox 880 (zinc preparation). The test was conducted using the T-02 tester (four ball apparatus).

This article is dedicated to the casting technology in oil and gas industry, representing a complex of industrial enterprises for the extraction, transportation, processing and distribution of final products of oil and gas refining. Many components used in machines and equipment of the oil and gas complex are made by casting. Casting is one of the oldest and main methods of obtaining metal products and blanks. The main advantage of casting production in oil and gas industry is that it is possible to produce any component or spare part of the machine and equipment used in the extraction of oil and gas of various configurations and masses. Oil and gas equipment is a product operating under difficult climatic conditions, therefore the used parts manufactured by casting must have high accuracy and sufficient strength, i.e. have improved operational performance characteristics.

The paper examines approaches to the estimation of intergenerational correlations of earnings and education. Reasons for the existence of the correlation between characteristics of parents and children are stated. Restrictions for the application of the concept of credit constraints to explain intergenerational correlations are discussed. Approaches to identifying the causal effects of parental income and education on children’s ones are reviewed.

Using the data of 1994–2013, the effects of parents’ educational attainments and locality on educational achievements of adult sons and daughters are estimated. Parents’ educational attainments affect educational achievements of both sons and daughters positively. Locality strongly affects sons’ educational achievements, while daughters’ educational attainments are less dependent on it.

The author uses the data of 1994–2013 to estimate the effects of parent’s education and locality on occupation of adult sons and daughters, discovers that occupation of both sons and daughters depends on parent’s education. A high education attainment of parents increases the probability of children to be employed as officials, managers, or professionals. Locality has a strong influence on son’s occupation, while its effect on daughter’s occupation is less pronounced.

Dependence of average values of various effects of levers of the companies of construction branch on a rating of regions in which the companies are registered is presented in article. Average results of each lever are reflected, separately on each region and calculation of dependence of average values of levers on the place of regions in a rating is made.

In modern societies, mechanisms of open implementation of conflicts become a component of social relations restructuring. The least significant, these processes mediating gender interactions. Our analysis of narrative interviews with young men and girls revealed a trend of privatization of conflict, the interpretation of social contradictions are transferred to the personal level. The real basis of conflict, thus, are the contradictions associated with the change in family patterns.

The article tries to find a new methodological approach to teach hearing-impaired students during philosophy lessons. Technical aspect of perception regime choice as well as impossibility of deafness simulation are taken into the account; the tasks for beyond-rational thinking monitoring (work with images, intuation, moral judgement). В статье рассматриваются понятия «абсолютный критерий рациональности» и «ограниченный критерий рациональности», формулируются их определения и раскрывается их сущность, отражающаяся в основных условиях, необходимых менеджеру при принятии эффективных решений. Также особое внимание авторами уделяется сравнению этих двух критериев.

В статье рассматривается вопрос семейных взаимоотношений и иерархии ценностей у женщин трех поколений, проживающих в небольшом российском городе. В результате исследования было выявлено, что, несмотря на наличие некоторых особенностей у женщин разных поколений, глобально жители небольших городов транслируют традиционные семейные ценности, при которых важнейшими являются «защита семьи» и «понимание и доверие в семье».
