The article is devoted to the formation of foreign language regional competence in nomadic conditions. To effectively form this competence, teachers need to choose appropriate tools for teaching in nomadic conditions. Active and interactive learning technologies can serve as such a tool.

The article reveals the legal nature of complicity in a crime, reveals the objective and subjective signs of complicity, gives a description of complicity, examines the main problems that practitioners face in resolving the problems of criminal law regulation of joint participation in a crime, including the presence in the norms of the Special Part of the Criminal Code RF, provides a legal assessment of the legality of establishing responsibility for certain types of actions of accomplices, whose criminal liability is presented as independent offenses.

In this article, the conditions and features of providing federal and regional government services and municipal, market services are discussed, and the efforts of volunteer fire brigades, as well as companies and citizens, are highlighted. As a result of their interaction, a system of interconnected complementary services is established.

The main issue of this study is a further development of the criteria of personnel evaluation in knowledge-based organizations and application of this method in order to conduct the performance appraisal in terms of a particular company. Two research methods are used: the analysis of the data based on in-depth interviews, and questioning of 130 existing company respondents according to 360-degree feedback model. The results are analyzed and then proposed to the superiors of the company. The following study presents a description of the investigated field context, an analysis of the existing approaches in performance appraisal, chosen methods justification, and results anticipated.

According to the analysis of literature, it can be stated in, that there is a lower risk of experiencing sports injury during training, working with such health educators who has higher education in sports science. It is also can be stated that there are few studies which would determine the education of health educators, the quality of training and sports injuries suffered by clients and their frequency during the conducted trainings (Waryasz, Daniels, Gil, Suric, & Eberson, 2016). Research aim – to determine competencies of health educators for sports injury prevention.

With the rapid development of telecommunication systems, as well as the emergence of new technologies for broadband access, a need for modernization of automatic telephone exchanges arose. To date, almost every major telecom operator is faced with the need to update their equipment. In this regard, a number of tasks arise, such as selection of a new platform, as well as new equipment, without which it is not possible to eliminate old systems. The article considers the convergence and modernization of automatic telephone exchanges based on the MSAN platform.

The article analyses the final lines of V. Soloviev’s work “The General Sense of Art,” correlating them with the art tendencies of the modern civilization. The author addresses Soloviev’s idea about the transforming role of art in relation to the reality, the real life. It is stated that, in the modern era, within the commercial mass culture domination, the entertaining function of art comes to the forefront. At the same time, an opposing tendency can be observed: a movement towards the all-encompassing unity, understanding of the universal, the priority of common values (the ideas of ecological ethics, common religion, non-violence). The author indicates that the dialectic negation of the negation law is manifested in the history of art, in the realization of its varied functions.

In this article, the issue of creating an effective organizational policy in a medical facility is considered. Each organization should build its own strategy for managing the organization, based on implementing (depending on its field of work) a number of methods for creating channels of communication with its employees. Organizing each activity requires allocating tasks and resources among participants and coordinating their efforts by implementing a clear system of rules. Building a good organizational culture regulates relationships in the organization. Organizational culture is a philosophy embedded in the organization’s policies, rules of play and behavior, and the feelings or climate that accompany the physical existence of the organization itself. The culture of work, relationships, and attitude to various contractors inform and enable the exchange of opinions, experiences, positions, and beliefs. It reveals a system of beliefs and values discovered, established and developed by the team, formed teams, and employees of the hospital structure that determine how everything is done in principle, rather than specific relationships related to the implementation of a specific task. Effective communication with employees is also achieved by organizing and encouraging regular meetings between managers and employees, regarding issues related to the workflow, organization of activities, ergonomics in the workplace and, finally, creating effective communication channels and forms of communication. Communication is a management tool for achieving goals and objectives in a highly competitive environment, such as hospital care.

The article considers the specifics of designing educational programs in higher education. When planning the educational results, it is important to develop all components of the educational program of each undergraduate and graduate course. The structure, content and the conditions for implementation of the educational program should guarantee the expected quality of graduate training according to the requirements of the Federal Educational Standards of Higher Education and the employers’ demands, as well as consider the starting opportunities of freshman students.

The article looks into the problem of preventing the difficulties connected with sociocultural barrier in the international groups of students of MSc. Program as the most significant barrier that hinders the process of studies. The factors that create such barriers have been analyzed. The author comes to the conclusion that preventive measures such as information about the roots of the barrier, open discussion of the ways of eliminating it at the initial stage of studies can give effective results. Some practical advice on how to make the process of studies efficient and create a comfortable working environment in the classroom is given.

This paper studies the main grammatical features of this kind of complement, provides an analysis of possible mistakes and reasons when using it, and the tactics of teaching the complement in Chinese as a foreign language classes, as well as a lot of examples.

The article outlines the theoretical aspects of the innovative ecosytem concept. The main factors that form a favorable environment for the development of ecosystems in the region are identified. Based on the correlation-regression model, the relationship between the region's investment attractiveness and the human capital is established. The priority direction of language teaching is the development ofmethods using innovative technologies that keep up with the times. The purpose of this article is to study the role of innovative technologies in the process of teaching a foreign language. To obtain the results of this study, methods of analysis, synthesis and deduction were used. As a result of the study, the authors came to the conclusion that innovative technologies underlie the convergence of educational activities, the development of knowledge, skills, which in turn make it possible to apply a personality-differentiated approach in teaching a foreign language.
