The main objective of this study is to present the sphere of housing and communal services as a system for modeling the activities of industry subsystems. The main objective of this study is to clarify the economic essence of the concept of competitiveness, as well as its components in relation to the activities of economic entities and the modern realities of the development of the Russian economy, taking into account the negative impact of sanctions restrictions. This article describes the conditions that need to be created in the DOW for more successful development of communication skills. This process will be more effective if teachers take into account the gender differences between boys and girls. Given their psychophysiological characteristics, it is necessary to build the process of communication with adults and peers. These conditions include: - subject developing environment; – role-playing games; -didactic game; -individual work; - organization of special classes and clubs; - modeling of communicative situations. Each of these conditions, created in the framework of the development of communication skills, must meet the requirement of gender sensitivity of children.

When designing modern sports complexes for architects and designers, it is necessary to work out both the ideological and functional aspects of the project. To create comfortable conditions, to ensure the requirements of acoustics, noise insulation and thermal insulation of it from other rooms and the environment, the design of the sports complex's coverage becomes crucial. Bearing coating structures are the most important constructive element of sports facilities. To date, there have been developed sufficiently typical projects with frequently used spans from 18 to 36 m. Coatings with a span of more than 36 m are already considered atypical and are designed individually, based on conditions. Analyzing the existing sports facilities, it was found that a wide distribution as a covering of buildings of sports facilities with a span of up to 60 m was obtained by plane structures: arches, trusses, frames. In this paper, a comparative analysis of the plane structures of the cover for a span of 60 m in the LIRA-SAPR program complex: a truss with steel columns and a steel frame is carried out. All load sensing and effects on structures are specified in accordance with SP 20.13330.2016. The results obtained in the analysis of foreign and domestic experience in the design and construction of these structures can be used at various stages of designing large-span sports complexes.

В настоящее время конкурентные преимущества нефтяных компаний во многом определяются глобализацией хозяйственной жизни. Для крупных нефтяных компаний процесс глобализации делает актуальным повышение их конкурентоспособности за счет диверсификации, привлечения финансовых средств, снижения издержек производства за счет выпуска стандартизированной продукции и экономии на масштабе, использования более тесных деловых связей с другими предприятиями, банками для создания предпринимательских сетей и т. д. В статье рассмотрено понятие конкурентоспособности, представлена система сущностных характеристик конкурентоспособности нефтегазовых компаний как экономической категории, раскрыты основные факторы, которые влияют на конкурентоспособность международных компаний нефтегазовой отрасли, а также их особенности, приведен анализ практического опыта российской компании ПАО «Лукойл». Рассмотрены основные финансовые риски компании и предложены методы по их минимизации. Сделан вывод о том, что современная ситуация на рынке диктует требование по увеличению инновационной активности компании в качестве основного инструмента обеспечения высокого уровня конкурентоспособности и порождает необходимость решения ряда новых задач в организации и управлении инновационной деятельностью российских компаний на примере ПАО «Лукойл»./
