The purpose of the study is to analyse the impact of digital trade on economic growth and development strategies of the countries along the "Belt and Road". The article identifies the provisions of the Development Strategies of the SCO member states in the field of cross-border electronic interaction, aimed at increasing the share of GDP and improving the levels of competitiveness of national economies of the SCO countries, strengthening the social protection of citizens and reducing poverty. This paper investigates how artificial intelligence (AI) technologies are used in improving the advertising communications effectiveness. The authors analyze how the use of AI can affect the advertising campaign effectiveness, and also consider the potential application of AI in the global advertising market. The object of the study is advertising communications of commercial enterprises. The subject is using AI in advertising communications. This article attempts to identify and characterize the directions of using artificial intelligence in advertising communications to improve their effectiveness. To achieve this goal, the following tasks are supposed to be solved: to identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness of targeting using AI; to consider the AI use to create unique advertising content (generation of texts, images and video content); to identify opportunities to analyze large amounts of data on the behavior and preferences of the target audience, its segmentation and, accordingly, the creation of personalized advertising messages; to consider the possibilities of providing personalized support for communications with customers using AI in advertising communications. As a result of the study, the authors offer a definition and characteristics of the main directions for using artificial intelligence in advertising communications.

The article discusses modern technologies and approaches to the integration and optimization of heterogeneous energy resource accounting systems in residential complexes. It describes benefits such as improved data accuracy and reduced operational costs, as well as challenges related to technical complexity and the need for standardization. Special attention is given to the analysis of methods for integrating various types of measuring instruments and software, which improves energy consumption management and ensures reliable data collection. Examples of successful implementations in various residential complexes are provided, illustrating real-world results and the economic efficiency of such approaches. The main technical and organizational challenges, including compatibility issues, data security problems, and the need to adapt existing systems, are also discussed. Recommendations for further development in this area are proposed, aimed at overcoming existing barriers and enhancing the interaction between different components of the energy resource accounting system.

In this article the results of theoretical investigation of fibers impregnation in manufacturing high filled composite by pultrusion are represented. A criterion is maximum intention of technological process. An analytical investigation of intention depending on main physical factors is proposed.

In this article the results of theoretical investigation of the process feeding fibers during the formation of high filled composites in pultrusion way are given. The main physical factors which influence on a section change of fiber are considered. It is developed a mathematical model describing a single fiber and their total as an isotropic material. An analytical dependence a concentration of fibers in prepared manufacture from a volume stuff in die entrance is obtained.

Today, it is general aviation that influences the development of the regions of the Russian Federation, taking into account its territorial characteristics. This article deals with the institution of procedural participation, including some issues related to the concept of it in civil justice, the difference between these institutions from other institutions, and the problems of their application in practice. The problem of protecting violated or disputed rights and protecting legally protected interests is becoming particularly relevant in the context of the development of the legal system in the Russian Federation. The resolution of claims with the participation of one plaintiff and one defendant in the case does not always make it possible to protect the entire range of rights related to material legal relations. A new feature of the research is to study not only the theoretical side of the procedural process, discuss issues related to the concept, grounds and classification of the procedural process, but also to address and propose ways to resolve controversial issues related to the theory and practice of the application of procedural complicity.

The article provides data confirming the increase in the number of combat veterans over the past two years in the Rostov region. It is clarified that this trend is related to the conduct of a special military operation. The article states that decentralization is one of the trends in the modern global finance market. The growth and active development of the Islamic finance and banking industry, the growth in the number of Muslims in the world and other factors determine the interest of researchers in digitalization issues. This paper is devoted to the study of the possibilities, approaches and views on the use of digital currencies from the point of view of Islamic finance. Methods of analysis and synthesis, comparative analysis is used. The approaches of various countries of the Muslim world to the introduction of digital currencies are analyzed, ongoing projects are considered. In the Islamic world, there has not yet been a consensus on the permissibility and scope of the possible use of digital currencies. The authors conclude that, in general, digital currencies can be harmoniously used within the concept of Islamic finance. This is facilitated by such factors as the transparency of decentralized finance and digital currencies, the contribution to the protection of the wealth of society, the focus on social benefits, which is in line with the good goals of Islamic finance and its social value.

The article discusses the features of the development of speech communication in children with ASD, supported by practical examples, such as delay or lack of speech; echolalia; stereotypical or repetitive use of language; problems with the social context and understanding of figurative meaning; insufficient use of communicative intentions, which is important for creating individual approaches to the development of effective strategies that contribute to the communicative development of children with ASD.

The article discusses the main approaches to providing psychological assistance to children with ASD in overcoming the development of speech communications: early intervention, teaching alternative ways of communication, using visual supports, creating a supportive speech environment, developing individual training programs along with game motivation, etc., which help children develop communication skills in various situations of speech interaction.
