«Problems and Barriers in Midwifery Communication with the Patient: Systemic Factors and Psychosocial Consequences»
This research paper investigates the underlying causes of communication deficits in the interaction between midwifery staff and pregnant/parturient women within the hospital environment. The transition from traditional medical paternalism to the shared decision-making model is analyzed, with specific emphasis placed on the patient's emotional vulnerability and the concept of „emotional labor“ among midwives. The aim of the study is to analyze the leading causes of problems in obstetric communication and to define scientifically based strategies for overcoming them and for optimizing the patient-centered model of care. The main causes of communication deficits, barriers to effective communication and their impact on the quality of health care are the subject of the study. The paper classifies communication barriers into four distinct levels: systemic-institutional, professional-subjective (burnout), patient-centered, and socio-cultural. Fiction is an important means for expanding the all-round development of a preschooler. It develops speech, thinking, enriches his emotions and moral qualities. Its educational, aesthetic, and cognitive significance is very important, since by enriching the idea of the surrounding reality, the child develops as a person. Children of preschool age, with the help of teachers, acquire good feelings, assessments and standards of moral behavior. «COMPARISON AND ANALYSIS OF LISTS OF FREQUENT VIOLATIONS OF MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS IN THE FIELD OF ROSTEKHNADZOR ACTIVITY FOR THE PERIOD FROM 2021 TO 2025»
The article presents a comparative analysis of lists of frequently detected violations of mandatory requirements in the field of Rostekhnadzor activity for the last five years. The sources of the study were official publications of Rostekhnadzor lists. The work considers the field of industrial safety, namely three areas: metallurgical industry, mining industry, and blasting operations. Violations were classified by type, quantity, and repeatability. Systematic violations were identified for each considered area. The results of the study may be useful for industrial safety specialists to improve production control systems and to prepare for inspections by supervisory authorities.

По мнению авторов, профессиональный стандарт педагога содержит не мало пунктов, посвященных информационным компетенциям. Исходя из них, можно выделить уровни требований к информационной компетентности педагога – методический и технологический. Наиболее комплексным подходом к определению содержания информационных компетенций педагога можно считать подход ЮНЕСКО. Он позволяет сформировать четкую структуру информационных компетенций преподавателя. Однако, выстраивать содержание ИКТ-подготовки необходимо объективно оценивая состояние современных информационных технологий, используемых в образовательном процессе, и перспектив их развития.

«The formation of communicative competence during the learning process of the English language»
The article examines how communicative competence is developed in English language teaching. It discusses different methods of determining the components of communicative competence and how it can be cultivated. The authors focus on principles that support the communicative teaching method and teaching strategies that enhance communicative competence. Emphasizing the importance of English lessons, they highlight the role they play in shaping and improving communicative skills. Studying the techniques that contribute to the effectiveness of the communicative approach allows us to assess their varying levels of effectiveness and their role within the communicative approach framework. Tasks designed to achieve specific outcomes involve different types of speech interaction: cooperation (working together to develop an idea and solve a problem), combination (exchanging information between participants with different initial knowledge), and "execution of instructions" (one participant conveying information to another). The authors stress the importance of prioritizing communication tasks and recognizing the interconnectedness of communicative competence components.

This article examines the potential of role-playing games in developing dialogic competence in older preschoolers. The relevance of the study stems from the need to develop coherent speech, particularly dialogic speech, as the foundation for successful communication, social adaptation, and school readiness. The paper presents a theoretical framework for understanding the structure of dialogic competence and the role of role-playing games in developing speech activity. It concludes that role-playing games have significant potential for developing dialogic skills in older preschoolers and provides practical recommendations.
