«Strategic planning of R&D output, subject to the distribution over time of its implementation program»
In given article the technique of planning of carrying out of research and development on the basis of the volume determined models is described. Basically, the problems concerning top level of hierarchy, namely, problems of definition of the schedule chart of realization of the basic stages of research and development and volumes of expenses necessary for it are considered. The most effective and modern approach to realization of such substantiation is use of mathematical models. It is thus essential that the models applied to the decision of problems of this level, should consider not only internal properties of the enterprise are models of its organizational system, but also consider with accessible completeness of property of environment of the enterprise. As this completeness is rather limited, in view of incompleteness of the information on properties of environment of the enterprise, the planning technique should provide possibility of correction of planned offers, their recalculation under the specified data.

Today, indoor stadiums are an indispensable attribute of modern sports. Our country occupies territory with different climatic conditions. These conditions leave their imprint on the space-planning and design solutions of buildings. Modern indoor sports facilities are distinguished by their original appearance, large capacity, unusual shapes and coating designs. The use of large-span structures makes it possible to make maximum use of the load-carrying qualities of the material and thereby obtain light and economical coatings. The most promising and economical are thin-walled spatial architectural and construction structures for covering buildings and structures. The results obtained in the analysis of foreign and domestic experience in the design and construction of these structures can be used at various stages of designing large-span sports complexes.

«Once again in detail about where does solar energy come from»
In the concept presented in this article, the authors try to prove that all the planets revolve around their axes due to the impact of their satellites. The rotation of the Joint Force is similar for all planets and for the Sun. The sun and each planet can have several satellites. Joint Force of Graviation each pair – the satellite of the planet and the planet itself, the satellite of the Sun and the Sun itself, if it is, the Joint Force of Graviation, moves because of the satellite's orbit, rotates the planet or the Sun. The work recalls that the Joint Force of the Moon and the Earth holds the Moon so that the side of the moon with a larger mass is located in the direction of the Earth. All satellites (there are more than 150 of them) are in a rigid stable position – depending on their planets. And all planets-satellites in the solar system in rotation around their axes depend on their satellites. Earth and the Moon in this matter are not original. Researchers provide evidence of the absence of a thermonuclear reaction on the stars and argue that the energy of so-lar radiation is electrical energy, not thermonuclear. The authors remind that the Thermonuclear Reaction to the Sun does not go, as R. Davis proved: there is no, a very few, not enough for the existence of a Thermonuclear reaction solar neutrinos. And this means, most likely, there is another source of solar energy. And he really is. The article explains the mechanism of the method of F. Arago.

In their concept the authors try to prove that all planets rotate around their axes because of the impact of their satellites. Rotation of the Joint Gravity Force is similar for all planets and for the Sun. The Sun and each Planet can have several satellites. The joint force of gravity of each pair – the satellite of the planet and the planet itself, the satellite of the Sun and the Sun itself, if the Joint Gravitation Force moves due to the motion of the satellite in orbit, rotates the planet or the Sun. However, there are difficulties due to the existing classification. The terminology of some basic bodies in the space of the Universe is very unclear, namely of planets and asteroids. With a clear classification, it is easier to identify the laws for each category. The authors give such definitions for bodies, so that it is easy to fix the basic properties of the body in the category.

«RayMan and SkyHelios as tools of urban climatology simulation»
Climatological information and data on climate and factors that influence climate are of great importance for obtaining complex indicators of climate assessment in urban areas. Models RayMan and SkyHelios are two free available micro-scale models. They are used to calculate and evaluate skyview factors (SVF), the duration of sunshine, shadows and radiation fluxes. In addition, the RayMan model is able to evaluate the modern thermal indicators used in human biometeorology. Two models coincide and link several data formats, for example GIS results and information transfer for subsequent processing in urban climatological studies and problems. The final result of the model is the calculation of the average temperature of eradiation, which is required in the model of the human energy balance and, thus, for the assessment of the thermal bioclimate.

In addition, the existence of dark matter is questioned in the work. The authors also prove that it is necessary to exclude the term "synchronization", which has no right to exist due to the absence of satellites rotation of the planets around their axes.

And all the satellites in the Solar System are spinning around their axes from their satellites. The Earth and the Moon in this matter are not original. Researchers give evidence of a lack of a thermonuclear reaction to the stars. And they prove that the energy of solar radiation is electrical energy, not thermonuclear. And sunspots are not magnetic fields.

«Some problematic issues of obtaining explanations during checking the report of a crime»
The authors of the work point out that among other ways to verify the report of a crime, obtaining explanations stands out. It has a great cognitive meaning and widely used by law enforcement. Despite the prevalence of the application, the legislative enactment of this verification act has many gaps. The relevance of this work is determined by the urgency of expanding the interpretation and giving a clearer legal regulation of obtaining explanations for use on practices. The tasks of this work: to determine the importance of obtaining explanations, as verification action, to identify the problems of its legal consolidation, their analysis and ways to solve them.
