В представленной работе рассмотрены факторы внешней и внутренней среды, оказывающие влияние на производственные мощности предприятия, а как следствие, и на финансовые результаты предприятия. В статье описана важность управления производственной мощностью золотодобывающего предприятия. Автор описал систему долгосрочного и ежегодного планирования производственных и горных работ, а также предложил способ учета факторов при прогнозировании финансовых результатов золотодобывающего предприятия.

This article introduces Thematic Photobooks system as a mean of special children's' development. According to the ideas of L.S. Vygotsky and Activity Theory by A. Leontiev and S. Rubinstein, the development of a child’s intellectual activity highly depends on the presence of mediating agents in children’s interaction with the environment and highlights the presence of a social medium for children’s development. The process of creating Thematic Рhotobooks about a child and his/her life as a creative collaboration of an adult and a child serves as a mediating agent between a child and his surrounding. The benefits from photography and photo stories for the child's development is described. Creating Photobooks is a goal and a process at the same time. It helps a child to develop important life skills and acquiring knowledge. The structure, application and advantages of this system are presented along with a real life example of a special child as a case study.

The article describes the possibilities of the model expansion taking into account the cost of the restored spare part.

The article describes professional activities of a juvenile inspector of internal affairs agencies who performs social, pedagogical and psychological functions to prevent juvenile delinquency in the social environment. The professionalism and competence of a juvenile inspector is determined by his subjective position towards the learning process in the course of the student's vocational and educational training at the university. It is substantiated that the effectiveness of the professional activity of staff of juvenile affairs is determined by their subject position in the process of mastering the professional and educational experience that is the main condition for their professionalism in the future.

The article deals with the necessity of organization of professionally oriented training for students, future teachers of a foreign language, from junior courses. The minimum of professional skills that the students must master at the initial stage is allocated. The ways of forming the allocated skills are proposed, and algorithms for working with them are also considered.

This article describes the figurative component of the linguacultural concept «property» revealed through the text analysis of the novel «The Man of Property» by John Galsworthy. The authors define the basic properties of the concept «property» and prototypical methods of reflecting objects and phenomena by this concept. The article deals with priorities of level language learning at non-linguistic institutions of higher professional education in Russia and contains recommendations for level learning. Attention is paid to delineate the most urgent problems that require further development. A level approach to foreign language teaching is considered as both a practical strategy in organizing foreign language teaching at the university and a factor that contributes to the development of educational system.

The article deals with separate approaches to relaparotomy based on the studies of tye results of sanitation relaparotomy (SRL) in 36 patients with abdominal trauma complicated by postoperative peritonitis. The analysis of the rating information of surgeons involved in the SRL have been carried out. With a multiple organ failure, the lethality after SRL increases 4-fold. If surgeons of higher professional skills participate in the process of SRL, the chances of a favorable outcome of the operation increase, and the level of adverse outcome markedly reduces.
