Provisions, submitted by the authors, provide a theoretical and methodological basis of pedagogical designing of the educational environment in institutions of professional education.

The article made an analysis of the training playing activity from the point of view of its influence on the development of collaboration skills among the participants of game sessions, spelled out the conditions for achieving this goal and the necessary ingredients for the organization of effective interpersonal interaction in the process of learning game, based on the rules and ethical norms that do not allow to manipulate and interact correctly.

The article explores the ways to optimize the size of the printed guide. As a result, being an edition with creolized text, the guide has components, which modernization will facilitate the introduction of interactive features into traditional genre model. As specific examples, the author offers to use activity elements in the printed guidebook from the formats that are widely used in children's literature, namely from the panorama book (three-dimensional images, inserts, paper engineering) and travel diary («journaling»).

The subject of the paper is the internet newspaper. Being based on a printed newspaper, an internet newspaper is viewed as hybrid, which means that it combines traditional parameters of the prototype and means of information organization and presentation peculiar for the Internet. The authors describe the most perspective areas for routes in St. Petersburg in the spring of 2016 and specific examples. The research contains recommendations concerning implementation of online payment services of the travel agency.

Предложено включение судебных доктрин в материалы для изучения по предмету «Налогообложение и налоговые проверки».

Раскрыта сущность понятия «судебная доктрина». Исследовано влияние судебной доктрины на судебное производство по налоговым спорам. Предложено включение судебных доктрин в материалы для изучения по предмету «Налогообложение и налоговые проверки».

В статье рассматриваются вопросы использования интерактивного метода – SWOT-анализа, в обучении начинающих предпринимателей при выборе жизнеспособной бизнес-идеи. Отмечено, что SWOT-анализ является эффективным инструментом для начальной оценки бизнес-идеи.
