Статья посвящена такой важной проблеме гражданского права, как природа добросовестности в системе гражданско-правового регулирования. Авторами проанализированы подходы к определению принципа «добросовестность». Рассмотрены: добросовестность как принцип гражданского права, добросовестность как оценочное понятие, добросовестность как правило поведения. Авторы разделяют мнение ряда ученых-правоведов о невозможности единой дефиниции добросовестности, но полагают необходимым четко определить критерии добросовестного осуществления гражданских прав.

Статья посвящена исследованию лексических средств передачи любви в «Повестях Белкина» А.С. Пушкина. Особое внимание обращается на выявление причин, которые определяют выбор и особенности лексических, грамматических и др. средств китайского языка при переводе проявления и выражения любовных эмоций героями «Повестей». The article describes products from wood concrete with application of a polygonal form and the features of structure of wood concrete as well. The authors have noted positive moments of highly efficient Superplasticizer C-3 implementation in the technology of wood concrete mixture manufacture.

In the field experiments the estimation of naked oats on its productivity and suitability for cultivation in the middle Urals region has been made. It is noted that Vladyka and Otakar cultivars are making crop yield at the 88,2–89,7% compare to the district Stayer cultivar, which is the standard in the Sverdlovsk region. The average yield of naked cultivars is from 3.45 (Vladyka) to 3.99 (Otakar) t / ha, which is similar to the zone yield of spring wheat (3.68 t / ha). The authors found out that the protein content in oats grain naked cultivars exceed aristulate ones on 2.9–3.9. The high response of naked cultivars for the integrated plant protection system is registered.

This article describes physical culture and sport as factors, playing a very important role in the development of society. According to the author there is a situation of decline in physical health-improving activity of the people all around the world. Obviously, it can lead to poor health and reduced productivity. The author believes that it is possible to increase productivity of the active working population by increasing investments in mass sport. Numerous empirical and experimental data confirm that there is a disease reduction, the increase of useful Fund of working time, the increase of intellectual and manual labor. Investments in physical activity and sport reduce the state expenses on medical care and increase of working age, which in turn reduces the cost of pension provision. This article investigates the problem of investments in physical culture influence on the increase of labor productivity.

В данной статье отмечено, что современный человек должен постоянно проявлять исследовательскую, поисковую активность. Потребность в поисковой активности – одно из условий, которое заставит студента влиться в творческий процесс обучения и воспитает в нем жажду знаний, стремление к открытиям, к активному умственному труду. Это требует организовывать само преподавание не как трансляцию информации, а как активизацию и стимуляцию процессов осмысленного учения, «добывания знаний». Поэтому в образовании чрезвычайно высок интерес к игровым методам обучения. В работе приводятся примеры соревновательных, ролевых, имитационных игр, которые применяются в процессе обучения по дисциплине «Основы древесиноведения и лесного товароведения».
