This article is about the development of GIS-based approach to find, calculate and draw emissions maps of Sevastopol. Taking the example of the sampled area there were obtained and analyzed pollution data from industrial regions, building and pipes and was created an integrated map chat of the impact of previously listed objects on the environment. According to the authors, this cartographic model will allow to estimate the tendency of environmental diseases development based on the pollutant emissions. Environmental interpretation of multidisciplinary data is a base of algorithm optimization of environmental management in the region, where studies have been conducted.

The article describes practical methods of navigation using GPS-navigators, topographic maps and the Internet, which can help people, interested in travelling (tourists, fishermen, hunters, and including professionals (geologists, surveyors, topographers) to reliably find their way to the target site. It also describes methods of navigation with a GPS-navigator Garmin eTrex H. The described technique will help to find the way back, eliminating or significantly reducing the possibility of the loss of orientation in unfamiliar terrain. Thanks to GPS-navigator it is easier to move on unfamiliar terrain, even with the presence of a topographic map. The «Internet» network significantly expands the possibilities of satellite navigation receiver. Due to the rapid display of all the changes of the area and the large scale of satellite imagery it is easier to find the way to the target.

The article focuses on the issues on usage of such interactive web-documents as canvas, CSS, SVG, WebGL, WebSocket. Special attention is given to the possibility and area of application to create different kinds of interactive web-documents.

The article is devoted to the problems of compound words codification in the dictionaries of antonyms. The variants of interpretation of composites, taking into account not only dictionary definitions, but also the nuances of a complex manifestation of compound words in language and speech – stylistic heterogeneity, asymmetry of the semantic components of the composite, antonyms for secondary meanings and nuances of word, imagery and terminology opposition are explored. Through the example of the construction of various types of entries it is concluded that a dictionary of antonyms compound words is relevant, it reflects not only the complex structure of each polisemic composite, but also demonstrates its paradigmatic and syntagmatic relations.

В данной статье рассматривается личность Ярослава Мудрого в постсоветской историографии, изменение подходов и трансформация оценок личности князя Ярослава Владимировича и итогов его правления.

Статья посвящена проблеме построения модели профессиональной переподготовки бакалавров в рамках Программы Стратегической академической единицы, реализуемой Казанским университетом по программе переподготовки «педагогическое образование: учитель географии». При разработке модели профессиональной переподготовки бакалавров использован модульный принцип. Модель включает два блока, один из которых – предметно-методический, включающий базовую и вариативную части.
