Today, it is general aviation that influences the development of the regions of the Russian Federation, taking into account its territorial characteristics. General aviation can be used for the development of many fields of activity, such as: training military and civilian pilots, fire monitoring, emergency medical care, environmental monitoring; obtaining weather forecasts; combating poachers, use for the construction of unmanned aircraft and solving many other tasks. Moreover, unlike commercial aviation, general avitation increases transport mobility and increases the attractiveness of regions for investors and entrepreneurs. The transition to a cumulative system of professional development of teaching staff is one of the key factors in the modernization of the Russian education system at the present stage.
