This article deals with the institution of procedural participation, including some issues related to the concept of it in civil justice, the difference between these institutions from other institutions, and the problems of their application in practice. The problem of protecting violated or disputed rights and protecting legally protected interests is becoming particularly relevant in the context of the development of the legal system in the Russian Federation. The resolution of claims with the participation of one plaintiff and one defendant in the case does not always make it possible to protect the entire range of rights related to material legal relations. A new feature of the research is to study not only the theoretical side of the procedural process, discuss issues related to the concept, grounds and classification of the procedural process, but also to address and propose ways to resolve controversial issues related to the theory and practice of the application of procedural complicity.

In this article the author analyzes the most common means of forming the semantics of nominations for perfumery and scents based on a conceptual metaphor. It should be noted that the stylistic coloring of nominations can be different: from neutral to colloquial (slang). Particular attention is paid to nominations related to the representation of the concept “Alcohol” in perfumery. Lexical units of the English and French languages were used in this analysis. The total number of lexical units is 300 units.

The article is devoted to the principles of patent law as a fundamental beginning of the regulation of intellectual rights to inventions, utility models and industrial designs. The principles specified establish the content of the most important norms of patent law, they are its prerequisites for its further development. The article describes the meaning of the protection of patent rights, where the official recognition of patentability serves as an invariable condition for protection.

The transition to a cumulative system of professional development of teaching staff is one of the key factors in the modernization of the Russian education system at the present stage. This paper examines methods of scientific research. The aim of the study is to develop methods for further analysis of the concept of "body" in the Yakut language picture of the world. The article explores different aspects of the concept «stupidity» presented in Russian and Vietnamese phraseology, proverbs and sayings. Based on the comparative analysis of Russian and Vietnamese stable expressions, united by the concept «stupidity», it is concluded that in most characteristics the understanding of this concept in Russian and Vietnamese coincide. The most important non-matching characteristic of the concept «stupidity» is that Russian linguoculture is characterized by ambivalent understanding of stupidity, in the light of which stupidity can be a phenomenon closely related to cunning, and Vietnamese linguoculture is characterized by a more unambiguous assessment of stupidity.

The diversity of approaches to the notion of "innovation" is a serious obstacle to researchers trying to derive characteristics of all existing definitions of the features of innovation or to spread the existing definitions of key approaches.

The article deals with the main components of the model of the process of designing the didactic space of the teacher with the help of in-house training of the teaching staff of the school. Criteria and indicators of efficiency of the offered model are defined. The proposed diagnostic tools allow to fix external and internal changes in the professional activity and in the semantic sphere of the teacher, as well as qualitative changes in the students with whom the teacher works. A level approach to assessing the formation of the didactic space of the teacher on the set of indicators of the proposed criteria is proposed.

The research is aimed at increasing the efficiency in St. Petersburg property management. The study determines the concept of the public property fixed in the law. The structure of the public property and its division by the power levels are studied, the subjects of the public property management are revealed and the property management techniques are compared. The program «Management of Federal Property», which is implemented at the moment, is analyzed. Its compliance with the statistical data relative to the public property structure and its management is examined. The shortcomings of the program are revealed. The paper examines the features of St. Petersburg public property structure and its management. It analyzes the statistics of the use of St. Petersburg property. After examination of «management efficiency» notion, the criteria for the assessment of this efficiency are developed. These criteria are used in the integrated assessment of this efficiency in St. Petersburg property management. This assessment makes it possible to reveal the kind of property that is used less efficiently. The analysis of this type of property management enables us to find problem areas and develop suggestions in order to improve the situation. The result of the implementation of these suggestions into practice is the increase of the efficiency in St. Petersburg property management.
