The paper presents results investigated a lubricating properties of SN 150 mineral base oil modified with exploitation preparations R-2000 (soft material based preparation), MOTOR LIFE (chemical preparation) and Acorox 880 (zinc preparation). The test was conducted using the T-02 tester (four ball apparatus).

The article provides data confirming the increase in the number of combat veterans over the past two years in the Rostov region. The relevance of the article is due to the significance of the problem of corruption for the modern world. According to the latest United Nations estimates, the annual volume of bribes in all countries is estimated at a trillion dollars. Due to corruption, the state loses about 2.6 trillion dollars. To combat corruption, almost every country has an anti-corruption policy, which means the activities of public authorities at different levels, public organizations and citizens aimed at preventing and combating corruption. Today, the problem of conducting a truly effective anti-corruption policy is quite acute for most states. Thus, over the past decade, 154 out of 180 countries have shown negative dynamics or remained at the same level in the Corruption Perception Index. A caesarean section (CS / SC), also known as a “caesarean section” (C-section; SC), is a surgical procedure in which the birth of a fetus occurs surgically. This procedure is usually used when a normal (vaginal) birth would endanger the life or health of a pregnant woman or a child. According to international medical institutions and WHO the optimal caesarean section rate is between 10% and 15%. The world health organization (WHO) recommends that a caesarean section is performed only on the basis of a valid medical reason. Practice shows that they evaluate cases when a caesarean section is also performed at will (by a pregnant woman) without any medical indications for this. The purpose of this study is to study the attitude of pregnant women to the method of delivery and concious choice in our country. Material and methods: the database of NSI (National statistical Institute) and NHI (National health insurance) was studied, as well as the opinions of 120 pregnant women and 345 women who gave birth. For the needs of the study, a documentary method, a statistical (survey) method, and contextual analysis were used. The study was conducted in August 2019 – May 2020 in the city of Varna.

The urgency of the issue treated in this paper is determined by the fact that the federal law requires personal data operators to guarantee the safety of processed personal data by developing security systems based on a number of organizational and technical security measures, as well as their evaluation. When choosing the organisational and technical security measures, the problem of having to consider a large number of normative and procedural documents which regulate this process arises. The aim of this study is to develop the procedural guidelines for choosing and assessing the effectiveness of suggested organizational and technical security measures for data protection in personal data information systems.

Garbage and various waste products are an integral part of human life, but today they have become a global problem. The main reason why the accumulation of garbage requires special attention and new ways of processing and disposal is the accumulation of hazardous waste generated by the population. The article deals with the problems of waste management of 1st and 2nd hazard classes, the ways of solving these problems are proposed. The main purpose of this article is to determine the authorities responsible for hazardous waste management, review the hierarchy of waste management in case of hazardous waste. As a result, recommendations for establishing a system of separate collection and utilization of hazardous waste are proposed.

As any other attitude, the attitude towards diseases is individual, selective and conscious. Any disease not only affects the mental processes, states and psychological properties inherent in a premorbid personality, but also leads to the emergence of such a ‘psychological neoplasm’ as an attitude towards the disease which is involved in the regulation of the patient’s mental activity and behavior to varying degrees. The article discusses research data on the attitude towards the disease in cases where a somatic disease is combined with hypochondria disorder.

The article is devoted to the mutual trade and economic cooperation between Armenia and Georgia. The author points out that current political situation in the South Caucasus region and balance of power contribute to creation of preconditions for the development of Armenian-Georgian relations and raise them to a qualitatively new level. These relations are based not on political, but on trade economic benefit-oriented considerations. The author comes to the conclusion that political and economic cooperation between Armenia and Georgia is in many ways based on trade and energy transit through Georgian territory and it is comparatively small, though it keeps gradually growing. For example, already in 2017 Georgia was the sixth largest trade partner of Armenia in export volume (USD 155212.5 thousand).

The article presents a description of the existing system of interdepartmental cooperation in the socio-pedagogical support of substitute families on the example of MBODO TSPPMSP "Family" Ufa. Applying the method of socio-pedagogical observation, the article substantiates the need for organization and coordination of work on interagency cooperation. The part of the training of highly qualified specialists in the field of automation is the use of training and laboratory stands in the educational process of bachelors of the specialty 5B070200 "Automation and Control". At the department "Automation of production processes" (APP) of KSTU widely used laboratory complexes based on the equipment of world companies. The goals and objectives of the development of a new teaching and laboratory stand are determined. Studies of the selected programmable logic controller (PLC) are performed. PLC-compatible hardware and programming environment for the PLC is searched. The laboratory stand “Mechanical processing area” is selected as the control object. A flowchart of the control object and its control system have been developed. The main goal is the creation of a laboratory and methodological complex for studying the stand “Control system based on a Mitsubishi FХ5U controller” to control a real object — a belt conveyor made by Fischer Technik.

The deposit policy plays a special role in the funding of Russian banks, which is caused by the prevalence of deposit sources in the structure of the resource base of credit institutions. The change in the conditions for raising funds in the economy with considerable volatility causes the expediency of continuous improvement of the methodological foundations in the formation of deposit resources, which determines the relevance of the chosen topic. The authors summarize the existing scientific base in the field of deposit policy development, the factors affecting the effectiveness of its implementation are presented. In conclusion, the authors come to the conclusion that the deposit policy forms not only a large part of the bank's resources, but also its credit potential, and the effectiveness of financial activity. Therefore, any innovations in this area are possible only with stable financial stability, in any other economic conditions, commercial banks will seek to retain liquidity by improving approaches to the most developed and attractive client segments.

This article is dedicated to the casting technology in oil and gas industry, representing a complex of industrial enterprises for the extraction, transportation, processing and distribution of final products of oil and gas refining. Many components used in machines and equipment of the oil and gas complex are made by casting. Casting is one of the oldest and main methods of obtaining metal products and blanks. The main advantage of casting production in oil and gas industry is that it is possible to produce any component or spare part of the machine and equipment used in the extraction of oil and gas of various configurations and masses. Oil and gas equipment is a product operating under difficult climatic conditions, therefore the used parts manufactured by casting must have high accuracy and sufficient strength, i.e. have improved operational performance characteristics.
