This article is about the development of GIS-based approach to find, calculate and draw emissions maps of Sevastopol. Taking the example of the sampled area there were obtained and analyzed pollution data from industrial regions, building and pipes and was created an integrated map chat of the impact of previously listed objects on the environment. According to the authors, this cartographic model will allow to estimate the tendency of environmental diseases development based on the pollutant emissions. Environmental interpretation of multidisciplinary data is a base of algorithm optimization of environmental management in the region, where studies have been conducted.

The article is devoted to the review of models about the most well-known and generally accepted techniques for practicing techniques and manual skills in the field of microsurgical practice. The technical aspects of model implementation are discussed in detail, as well as recommendations for their implementation. It is shown that the development of manual skills on such models contributes to a faster and more accurate development of microsurgical techniques and avoids a large number of errors, as in the presented models we use tissue models and laboratory animals whose vessels practically do not differ from human vessels.

The article presents the definition of dynamic linear neighborhood models. An algorithm for finding optimal solutions using genetic algorithm has been describes. Solution of system of linear equations is reduced to the problem of optimization. It shows the example parametric identification of neighborhood model, consisting of three parcels, as a solution to the system of linear equations with the use of a genetic algorithm and the pseudo-inversion. The authors calculated RMS and average absolute errors for model identification using genetic algorithm and the pseudo-inversion. On the basis of the developed system the researchers verified the modeling results and determined the optimal method of identifying neighborhood model.

This study is intended to unveil a correlation between metaphorical images of the US Armed Forces and ethnic stereotypes of the army subculture within the Anglophone military-political discourse. The article covers an approach to modelling of the cyclic macroeconomic dynamics, which allows to increase the accuracy of approximation of the real data in order to further forecasting of the medium-term changes in volume of gross domestic product. Therefore, in the framework of didactic engineering problems are solved by the creation of new and effective teaching systems and equipment (technology) training and diagnostic quality of training using engineering methods, working in virtual and real environment (man-made educational environment). Proposed methods of solving of didactic tasks is justified. They are based on well-known in educational psychology and cybernetics fundamental laws, concepts, principles. These may include: «prirodosoobraznosti training», «zone of proximal development», «training on a high level of difficulty," Ashby's law (the law of requisite variety), as well as the established pattern «solution to the problems in three steps». This law allowed to disclose the reasons for the rapid sustainable development of the student, the key invariant ability, the role of knowledge in solving problems, and in general the fact why some people decide to professional problems more successfully than others. Developed can be partially implemented system and technology training of engineers in the metric format competency in a typical shell MOODLE or completely in a specially designed MYKNITU system (myknitu.kstu.ru).
