The article is devoted to the problem of forming political competence of a senior pupil as a component of an individual’s civil competence. The article covers an approach to modelling of the cyclic macroeconomic dynamics, which allows to increase the accuracy of approximation of the real data in order to further forecasting of the medium-term changes in volume of gross domestic product. Developed can be partially implemented system and technology training of engineers in the metric format competency in a typical shell MOODLE or completely in a specially designed MYKNITU system (myknitu.kstu.ru).

According to the author in modern terms, sport becomes one of the priority directions of social policy, the implementation of which not only solves problems of improvement of the nation, but also forms the image of the state in the international arena. This leads to increased attention of researchers to the social, cultural, physical and economic factors of the development of the sports industry. However, it is clear that their implementation is possible only if sufficient financial resources, their optimal distribution on mass sport, physical culture and sport of high achievements. The article also examines the organizational framework, sources and order of financing of sports organizations, particularly the mobilization of resources specific to Russia. On the materials of the target program «Development of physical culture and sports in the Russian Federation for 2016–2020» it is shown the decisive role of budgetary appropriations, the forms of their use.

The assessment approach is based on the analysis of main quantitative characteristics of strong ground motions required for the construction of earth dams in seismic zones. Methodologically, the approach to provide for appropriate zoning for hazardous industries involves conducting a process that consists of several stages typical for earth dams. To describe the crystal structure and the calculation of its key parameters is developed and continue to develop special techniques. Among them is the method of compact description of the crystal lattice proposed in Ph. D. Sychev M. S. The article seeks to study the applicability of these methods to crystals of hexagonal crystal structure and a method of solving this problem.

In this article contains material illustrating results of influence of a corporate culture on the process of management decisions acceptance for routine operational daily work is provided to the companies, methods and methods of business development, on motivation of the main stekholder. An objective is decided through the analysis of management systems in logic of the Mckinsey 7S model. The author, on the basis of F. Harris and R. Moeran's approach considered features of impact of a corporate culture on a management system of the leading Russian companies.

The article explores the ways to optimize the size of the printed guide. As a result, being an edition with creolized text, the guide has components, which modernization will facilitate the introduction of interactive features into traditional genre model. As specific examples, the author offers to use activity elements in the printed guidebook from the formats that are widely used in children's literature, namely from the panorama book (three-dimensional images, inserts, paper engineering) and travel diary («journaling»).
