In given article the basic directions of perfection of system additional formation of medical experts of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation are considered. The author presents model of perfection of medical structure of stomatologic service of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation.

The monograph covers author’s point of view on the value of child health for modern society. It also describes different aspects of health, importance of child health and socially-philosophic explanation of social and state value of the attitude to child health. The work has analyzed the notions of health categories, characterized for scientific, socio-humanistic knowledge in different cultural and historical epochs, it defines one of main indicators of cultural, social and economic development of any country – attitude to the child health protection in the society and the state. The monograph can be useful for specialists in the field of socially-philosophic science, for students and postgraduates and for those, who are interested in the problems of child health as a value in the context of modern Russian society.

The paper is devoted to investigation of priorities in the Russian educational space, which in today's globalized world is becoming an integral part of the world educational society. The authors examine the problem in the aspect of social philosophy, which determines the identification of the most common patterns in the development of being, thinking and society. In article, the complex of the questions connected with formation of personnel capacity of healthcare institutions in modern conditions is consecrated. The factors influencing the choice of work of health workers in rural areas and defining their migratory behavior are systematized. The article deals with statistical data on the health status and the level of morbidity of children 12–15 years old. There are presented data about the level of physical, mental and social health of Ukrainian adolescents. There were analyzed the most common diseases among pupils 8-9 forms.
