The aim of the study is to compare health literacy rates among sedentary workers with different physical activity levels. To achieve this goal the as a method of measuring of health literacy indicators. The article provides the results of 24-hour Holter ECG monitoring of 106 women with arterial hypertension with hypoestrogenemia with “metabolically healthy” abdominal obesity. When analyzing the nature and structure of dysrhythmia, it is established that frequent and allorhythmic supraventricular extrasystoles are registered more often among women with arterial hypertension with estradiol deficiency with “metabolically healthy” abdominal obesity, than among patients without “metabolically healthy” abdominal obesity. Similar trends can be observed in the frequency of occurrence of ventricular rhythm disturbances.

The article contains the results of holter ECG monitoring of 78 women with arterial hypertension of the II stage in the late fertile period with diagnosed left ventricular hypertrophy with hypoestrogenemy with "metabolically healthy" visceral obesity (MHVO) at the outpatient stage and the frequency of episodes of SMI in this category of patients. Patients with hypertension with concentric LVH have a greater potential for the development of relative coronary insufficiency, than women with its eccentric option. Limitation of coronary perfusion and reduced relaxation properties of hypertrophied myocardium in women with hypertension in late fertile period with diagnosed LVH may be a pathophysiological basis of the mechanism of myocardial ischemia, which is manifested in the form of episodes of SMI, which is significantly more often (p < 0,05) occurs in patients with metabolic "morbid"obesity.

The article considers the payment of medical services experience in a hospital with clinical and statistical groups, formed in the system of obligatory medical insurance of the Sverdlovsk region. Based on the analysis of statistical data shows that the use of this method of payment meets the challenges of the single-channel financing, allowing to influence the structure of hospitalization, the use of new medical technologies, the increase in operational activity and contributes to more optimal allocation of limited financial resources in the system of obligatory medical insurance.
