«Some approaches to solving the problems of teaching the disciplines of the natural science cycle and computer science in rural small schools»
The article deals with the problems and peculiarities of teaching science and IT in small rural schools. Moreover, it looks upon incomplete classes and forming shared classes filled with student of different levels of education. To underline the importance of the given problem the authors of the article pro-vide the readers with statistics of the percentage of rural schools and of num-ber of students studying there. The article also contains various solutions of the objective problem of teaching science and IT in such schools.

«Educational innovative project "Professional subscriptions for teaching staff»
The transition to a cumulative system of professional development of teaching staff is one of the key factors in the modernization of the Russian education system at the present stage. Monitoring of existing models of accumulative systems, including their regulatory regulation at the level of regional educational systems and educational organizations implementing professional development programs, shows that the reasons for introducing this organizational model are the peculiarities of education development in the conditions of the formation of the information society, the implementation of the National Project "Education", the implementation of the competence model of education, professional standards, the involvement of teachers with basic non-pedagogical (university) education in school. An important circumstance is also the upcoming renewal of the mechanisms for financing educational services related to the allocation of funds for professional development.

An important stage that each enterprise faces in its development is the recruitment of personnel. It determines the efficiency of enterprise's activity. Often the recruitment of personnel is not always carried out efficiently, which leads to problems and negative consequences. At the same time, new em-ployees who are focused on results can improve enterprise's activity and make it more competitive. Therefore, each company must correctly, and above all else, effectively select the most qualified candidates and employees for the implementation of its goals, mission and objectives. The efficiency of recruiting technologies that exist nowadays is analyzed.

«Current problems of learning foreign language by advanced academic staff»
The article is devoted to the current problems of learning foreign language by advanced academic staff. The author outlines that academic staff learn a foreign language to upgrade their skills, therefore while teaching advanced adults it is necessary to take into consideration some peculiarities which are connected to their life and educational experience. The main advantage is in immediate application of acquired skills and knowledge. The author comes to the conclusion that, upgrading his or her skills by learning foreign language an academic becomes the unique specialist who implements innovative methods and projects.

«Staff turnover problem among young employees in retail chain stores»
In this article the employment problem among youth is covered. This problem is important nowadays because of the situation of an economic crisis and the youth becomes one of the most unprotected group of the population. As young people have no practical experience and employers draw the close attention to this fact first of all, they are forced to work not in their specialty that is one of the reasons of turnover of staff. The reasons of turnover of staff among youth became an object of research. A research objective – identification and the analysis of the reasons of turnover of staff among youth for development of recommendations about their elimination. The tool for carrying out a research is a sociological poll. The authors presented the results of questionnaire and developed some recommendations to decrease the level of turnover of staff in retail chain stores.

«Features of application of test techniques in selection and certification of personnel»
This article investigates the problem of use of test techniques in the course of selection and certification of personnel, and also for detection of features of formation of social and psychological climate in small groups and labor collectives. The group dynamics including individual preferences of players in the choice of strategy of behavior in a conflict situation in definition of the most acceptable social role, in identification of the most constructive and effective type of the administrative decision has the special importance. The author of the article offers a set of the test methods allowing to define social and psychological type of the individual at a stage of staff recruitment and to reveal its individual behavioral preferences that can structurally influence on team work.

The article describes the characteristics and structural elements of system of staff development of the organization. «The selection and adaptation of staff as the basis of the successful implementation of HR strategy»
The article deals with questions of effective strategies of HR policy in the field of selection and adaptation of staff in the company. The text gives an information about effective methods of selection and adaptation, also it draws our attention to development of communication between employees. This paper can help to pay managers’ attention to effective selection and adaptation taking into consideration that introduction of a new employee to a position is responsible enough. Probably, first days in a new company are crucial for the system of motivation of HR policy in the development of HR strategy.
