This article explores the development of an integrated model for the coordination and methodological activities of an innovation and methodological center (IMC). Key aspects of IMC operation aimed at improving the effectiveness of educational processes through the integration of innovative methods and technologies are examined.

The article provides an overview of the basic principles of management of state bodies operating in the natural resource sectors of the Russian Federation, using the example of the municipal formation of the city of Sevastopol. The relevance of this topic is high, since humanity, throughout its existence, mastering all new technologies, actively uses natural resources, and does not always think about environmental safety. Naturally, along with social transformations in society, environmental management based on specific principles should also be improved. It is concluded that not all principles, which are rational from a practical point of view, are fixed on a legislative basis, but are mentioned only in scientific works.

The article examines the current problems of protecting the natural resources of Sevastopol. Anthropogenic factors that have a negative impact on the marine and coastal ecosystems, water resources and biodiversity of the region are analyzed. Comprehensive measures are proposed to optimize environmental protection activities, including increased monitoring, the introduction of modern technologies and the improvement of the ecological culture of the population.

It describes benefits such as improved data accuracy and reduced operational costs, as well as challenges related to technical complexity and the need for standardization. Special attention is given to the analysis of methods for integrating various types of measuring instruments and software, which improves energy consumption management and ensures reliable data collection. Examples of successful implementations in various residential complexes are provided, illustrating real-world results and the economic efficiency of such approaches. The main technical and organizational challenges, including compatibility issues, data security problems, and the need to adapt existing systems, are also discussed. Recommendations for further development in this area are proposed, aimed at overcoming existing barriers and enhancing the interaction between different components of the energy resource accounting system.

Fitness centers are currently successfully implementing the population's request for preventive care. The aim of the study is to analyze the resources of a fitness center from the point of view of competitive stability in the health services industry. For this purpose, a structured expert interview (n=38) has been used. The concept of D. Barney was used to assess the resource state. The results and conclusions demonstrate that almost all resources are interchangeable, with the exception of human resources (the organization has a large number of employees who have been working in the company for a long time) and customer databases. The state of human resources is the most complex in the fitness industry as they are both unique, rare and valuable according to Barney's classification.

The main issue of this study is a further development of the criteria of personnel evaluation in knowledge-based organizations and application of this method in order to conduct the performance appraisal in terms of a particular company. Two research methods are used: the analysis of the data based on in-depth interviews, and questioning of 130 existing company respondents according to 360-degree feedback model. The results are analyzed and then proposed to the superiors of the company. The following study presents a description of the investigated field context, an analysis of the existing approaches in performance appraisal, chosen methods justification, and results anticipated.
