Land management in Yakutia developed at different times in different ways and had its own historical stages. The paper considers the development of land management in our republic during the Soviet period after the Great Patriotic War, as well as during the «stagnation» period. The work of land surveyors of Yakutia at that time is shown, the available materials of various authors and their memories are used. The purpose of the article was to provide information on the development of improvement of the regional commissions on the regulation of social and labor relations, taking into account the analysis of the effectiveness of the commissions and identify best practices. The materials contained in the work can be used by the representatives of regional Executive bodies, employers ' and trade unions, who are members of the regional trilateral commissions, in the preparation of trilateral agreements and monitoring their implementation.

The paper is dedicated to comparison of adrenal-dependent erythrocyte sedimentation (AES) among women who suffer from ischemic heart disease (IHD) and healthy young women. In this monograph the journalistic works of W. Applying neural technology, the author has developed the classifier revealing possible deviations and anomalies at drilling of oil and gas wells, algorithm for determining the structure and composition of a set of spare assets and supplies for the restoration of the operability of the rig for drilling oil and gas wells after the failure of individual components.

This article presents the results of a pilot research aimed at studying HIV infection risk self-assessment in women of childbearing age. The study involved 50 women. All ethical aspects in conducting studies involving human subjects were observed. According to the study design, a semi-structured interview was conducted with each participant. The interview was aimed at studying the socio-demographic characteristics of childbearing age women, their knowledge of HIV infection and ways of transmission, contraception use, and preventive measures. The data obtained during the study showed that the vast majority of women have the correct knowledge of HIV infection. For all women of childbearing age, it is important not to become infected with HIV. However, most women, including those who are at risk of HIV, do not use barrier contraception methods. Women of childbearing age who were at real HIV infection risk were also identified. Those women subjectively do not consider themselves at any risk.

The author considers aspects of the participation of right-wing liberal parties in the election cycle in 2016–2017 at the regional level (by the example of Saratov region). An analysis of the election materials and data of the Election Commission of Saratov region has allowed to identify and describe the basic software and the ideological, organizational and resource reasons of the electoral crisis regional right-wing liberal movement.
