The paper is dedicated to comparison of adrenal-dependent erythrocyte sedimentation (AES) among women who suffer from ischemic heart disease (IHD) and healthy young women. In cases of IHD, unlike the situation among the healthy young women, distribution by AES type is characterized by predominance of people of the aggregant type and higher average values of AES.

Applying neural technology, the author has developed the classifier revealing possible deviations and anomalies at drilling of oil and gas wells, algorithm for determining the structure and composition of a set of spare assets and supplies for the restoration of the operability of the rig for drilling oil and gas wells after the failure of individual components.

This article presents the results of a pilot research aimed at studying HIV infection risk self-assessment in women of childbearing age. The study involved 50 women. All ethical aspects in conducting studies involving human subjects were observed. According to the study design, a semi-structured interview was conducted with each participant. The interview was aimed at studying the socio-demographic characteristics of childbearing age women, their knowledge of HIV infection and ways of transmission, contraception use, and preventive measures. The data obtained during the study showed that the vast majority of women have the correct knowledge of HIV infection. For all women of childbearing age, it is important not to become infected with HIV. However, most women, including those who are at risk of HIV, do not use barrier contraception methods. Women of childbearing age who were at real HIV infection risk were also identified. Those women subjectively do not consider themselves at any risk.

The author considers aspects of the participation of right-wing liberal parties in the election cycle in 2016–2017 at the regional level (by the example of Saratov region). The article presents the results of studying the influence of various schemes of planting seed tubers of Jerusalem artichoke on the rate of plant growth and development in the soil and climatic conditions of the Republic of Karakalpakstan. Differences in the rate of growth and development of plants are revealed, depending on the varietal features of Jerusalem artichoke and the density of their standing. The most optimal scheme for planting tubers of Jerusalem artichoke is 70x40 cm.

The article analyzes Russian and Chinese legislation on the contract of sale of goods, which contains many general provisions, but there are peculiarities due to the difference between the legal systems of Russia and China. Consistently the authors compare the legal regulation of defining the purchase and sale agreement elements which are the parties to the contract, subject, price, term, form and content of the contract. The provisions of Russian and Chinese legislation on liability for non-performance or improper performance of the purchase and sale agreement are noted.

This article is about the development of GIS-based approach to find, calculate and draw emissions maps of Sevastopol. Taking the example of the sampled area there were obtained and analyzed pollution data from industrial regions, building and pipes and was created an integrated map chat of the impact of previously listed objects on the environment. According to the authors, this cartographic model will allow to estimate the tendency of environmental diseases development based on the pollutant emissions. Environmental interpretation of multidisciplinary data is a base of algorithm optimization of environmental management in the region, where studies have been conducted.

According to the author, the social partnership is considered as the factor of professional becoming and adaptation of students at the universities from the point of view of three-level model at stages of educational order development, employment and competitiveness of young experts. All this demands creation of the special structure uniting all components of vocational counselling.

In this article the realization of organizational-methodical support of professional development of a person at a stage «the entrant – the student – the expert » is considered from the point of view of existing experience of vocational guidance bases development which should be generalized and led to uniform system to increase the efficiency, taking into account social partnership of school, university and employer.
