The article is devoted to one of the most important components of learning process – learning principles. Learning principles is a set of rules that allows to make an educational process more efficient. The article covers some traditional and modern classifications of principles. The analysis of modern principles of teaching foreign languages has been done here. A number of social contradictions relevant to the modern educational process are mentioned (for example, the increasing amount of digestible information and a limited number of hours allocated for acquisition). The article is addressed to students of linguistic universities and faculties of foreign languages, graduate students, methodologists, teachers of foreign languages, specialists in the field of linguistics, and anyone interested in problems of teaching foreign languages.

Professional competence of an expert is a prominent level of his/her integrated philosophical, sociological, culturological knowledge, and skill, ability and willingness to use them in his/her work. Professional activity of a teacher is provided by his/her competence, level, and quality of formed professional competences. The article presents the main point, content of professional competence of a teacher. It also describes some conditions, ways, methods, and results of research work on the forming of professional competences of student teachers in the Pedagogical Institute of M.K. Ammosov North-Eastern Federal University.

In this article the realization of organizational-methodical support of professional development of a person at a stage «the entrant – the student – the expert » is considered from the point of view of existing experience of vocational guidance bases development which should be generalized and led to uniform system to increase the efficiency, taking into account social partnership of school, university and employer.

The researchers provide the analysis of services of cultural and leisure institutions of municipalities in the Republic of Buryatia in accordance with social standards and norms of the population's access to the cultural and leisure institutions approved by order of the government of the Russian Federation from January 26, 2017 №95 “Changes which are made in social standards and norms, approved by order of the government of the Russian Federation from July 3, 1996 №1063-р”.

This article discusses the features of socialization of youth. Modern Russian youth has several great interests from previous generations and now the task of the state and society is to assist young people in addressing their needs and interests within the publicly acceptable form. Depending on the results of the socialization of the young generation it is possible to consider both successful (positive) and failure (negative) socialization. This article investigates the problem of use of test techniques in the course of selection and certification of personnel, and also for detection of features of formation of social and psychological climate in small groups and labor collectives. This article reveals the influence of national traditions on the formation of the psychology of the Kyrgyz people. It also highlights the psychological significance of such traditions of the Kyrgyz people as at koyu (to give a name), beshik termetuu (to rock the cradle), tusho kesuu (the rite of circumcision), soyko saluu (to wear earrings), konok tosuu (to meet guests) and bata beruu (blessing).

This article focuses on such a highly relevant subject as the prevention and correction of deviant behavior in the adolescent environment. The study revealed the main vectors for the development of the modern science of deviant behavior, identified the main causes of deviations and carried out a comparative analysis of the work on the prevention of deviant behavior in the CIS countries and abroad. This paper proved that the key factor in the prevention and correction of deviant behavior should be, firstly, the family as the primary and the most important institution of identity formation, and secondly, the pedagogically controlled environment of educational institutions serving as a condition for socialization and personal development for children and adolescents.
