This article examines the features of speech in preschool children who speak two languages on the example of Yakut and Russian languages. The study is specifically concerned with the sound-pronouncing and prosodic side of speech. Speech peculiarities at the present stage of development are considered. In conclusion, the solutions to overcome speech disorders are briefly examined.

The article is devoted to the problems and prospects of mediation procedure development. The Mediation Institute has come a long way to development until it was consolidated on a legislative basis, but still far from perfect, which hinders its effective application and its tasks, in particular: to be an alternative to the judiciary, thereby reducing the burden on courts and judges, from a large the number of cases that can be resolved using the mediation procedure. The author provides an opportunity to improve the mediation procedure by introducing amendments and additions to the legislation on mediation.

В статье представлены результаты исследования особенностей развития гидробионтов. В условиях экстремального загрязнения при отсутствии кислорода, высокой концентрации органических веществ, фенолов, нефтепродуктов, соединений меди и марганца, происходит полное подавление развития зообентоса, частичное или полное подавление зоопланктона и инфузорий, массовое развитие фитопланктона, особенно синезеленых водорослей.

В работе выявлено влияние факторов риска на заболеваемость внелегочным туберкулезом у взрослых лиц Удмуртской Республики в 2014–2019 годы. Авторами проанализированы формализованные карты у взрослых лиц, наблюдавшихся в консультативной поликлинике БУЗ УР «Республиканская клиническая туберкулезная больница» МЗ УР по поводу заболевания внелегочными формами туберкулеза и были выявлены статистически значимые факторы риска. Проведен дискриминантный и корреляционно-регрессионный анализа, рассчитан интегральный показатель, который позволил разделить все факторы на группы высокого, среднего, низкого риска заболевания внелегочным туберкулезом. Разработан опросник и алгоритм дифференцированного комплекса противотуберкулезных мероприятий в зависимости от степени риска заболевания.
