Данная статья посвящена проблемам применения такого финансового инструмента как облигации катастроф. Авторами рассмотрены существующие подходы к определению данного инструмента, а также определены основные преимущества и недостатки. Проанализированы существующие проблемы внедрения данного инструмента в России.

Как отмечают авторы, основной деятельностью коммерческих банков как хозяйствующих субъектов является получение максимальной прибыли, что обеспечивает устойчивое функционирование и дальнейшее развитие его деятельности. В условиях нестабильной экономики страны происходит увеличение банковских рисков, поэтому изучение и оценка – одно из необходимых условий управления и минимизации рисков. Из-за противоречивых свойств риска до сих пор не разработаны эффективные и универсальные средства управления риском. Поэтому тема исследования актуальна. Методологией данной статьи является наукометрический и статистический методы. В результате исследования были определены методики оценки качества управления рисками в банке, а также предложены направления совершенствования системы управления банковскими рисками.

Статья посвящена проблеме финансовых рисков и их диагностики в условиях малого бизнеса. Рассмотрены виды рисков и оценка по данным бухгалтерской (финансовой) отчетности на основе разработанного интегрального показателя. Приведен пример расчета по данным реальной организации.

Preventing possible refusals of oil and gas production facilities is an important task in the development of new fields and requires a number of measures to ensure their reliability and resiliency. Applying neural technology, the author has developed the classifier revealing possible deviations and anomalies at drilling of oil and gas wells, algorithm for determining the structure and composition of a set of spare assets and supplies for the restoration of the operability of the rig for drilling oil and gas wells after the failure of individual components.

This article presents the results of a pilot research aimed at studying HIV infection risk self-assessment in women of childbearing age. The study involved 50 women. All ethical aspects in conducting studies involving human subjects were observed. According to the study design, a semi-structured interview was conducted with each participant. The interview was aimed at studying the socio-demographic characteristics of childbearing age women, their knowledge of HIV infection and ways of transmission, contraception use, and preventive measures. The data obtained during the study showed that the vast majority of women have the correct knowledge of HIV infection. For all women of childbearing age, it is important not to become infected with HIV. However, most women, including those who are at risk of HIV, do not use barrier contraception methods. Women of childbearing age who were at real HIV infection risk were also identified. Those women subjectively do not consider themselves at any risk.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the role and significance of the image of a person, in a form of implicit theories to form the integrity of a dialogue as a social formation, to the analysis of a dialogue as a part of the social situation that presupposes setting various objects and tasks, to the analysis of the verbal integrity of a discourse in the light of the speaker’s conception of a person, i.e. proceeding from his implicit theories of a person that emerge in his ordinary consciousness. The organization of a dialogic discourse is directly connected with implicit theories of a person, which in their turn are a complex of the speaker’s images associated with his interlocutor. The unity and diversity of communicative senses dictate the verbal choice corresponding to the conceptions and images of interlocutors. Within the limits of the common informational field «I» and «you» of interlocutors enter into irreconcilable contradictions, at the same time the two-way character of speech intercourse within the limits of language communication is another factor of the social integrity of a dialogue, the variety of communicative senses is unified by informational, social, conceptual fields. The article analyzes literary examples and extracts from pre-election debates in USA both in Russian and in English.
