What is the «world economy», «world economy» and «world community»? We will not be able to understand their essence if we adhere to the so-called «universal» or, say, «pan-European» point of view. L.N. Gumilev very correctly emphasizes: «what is usually called «world history» is a way of presenting material when a point of reference is arbitrarily chosen» - chosen on the basis of a certain value systems that the ethnic group had chosen long before. The research methodology is always derived from ingrained ethnic stereotypes, from the psychological dominant behavior chosen by the ethnic group, an individualistic ethnic stereotype, or, conversely, communal, collectivistic behavior aimed at achieving the common good, at participating in a common cause.

The notary is an integral part of civil society and should be understood as one of the elements of the mechanism for protecting the rights and freedoms of man and citizen in the Russian Federation. In the present study the institution of complicity is considered, namely, the authors focus on the mastermind as one of the components of complicity. A caesarean section (CS / SC), also known as a “caesarean section” (C-section; SC), is a surgical procedure in which the birth of a fetus occurs surgically. This procedure is usually used when a normal (vaginal) birth would endanger the life or health of a pregnant woman or a child. According to international medical institutions and WHO the optimal caesarean section rate is between 10% and 15%. The world health organization (WHO) recommends that a caesarean section is performed only on the basis of a valid medical reason. Practice shows that they evaluate cases when a caesarean section is also performed at will (by a pregnant woman) without any medical indications for this. The purpose of this study is to study the attitude of pregnant women to the method of delivery and concious choice in our country. Material and methods: the database of NSI (National statistical Institute) and NHI (National health insurance) was studied, as well as the opinions of 120 pregnant women and 345 women who gave birth. For the needs of the study, a documentary method, a statistical (survey) method, and contextual analysis were used. The study was conducted in August 2019 – May 2020 in the city of Varna.

The article reveals the education of the younger generation in modern society. Many values the child acquires in the family. In theory, value orientations are associated with particular decisions and behaviors that are relevant to them, therefore, research on adolescent value systems and social competence can help to better understand the motives behind their social behavior. Quite a few studies were done that confirmed the importance of the list of exploratory values, as the results are difficult to compare when different researchers study different values. Whether the value orientations are relevant to the actual behavior of the person remains an important question, because it is one of the most important components of the motivational sphere of social action, which determines the proper social adaptation of adolescents in society.

The author presents a theoretical analysis of the author's positions in the category of "cooperation", concretizes its content. The article presents a substantial analysis of the state of the problem of studying the readiness of teachers of preschool education in modern pedagogical and psychological literature.

The purpose and main tasks of psychological and pedagogical support of families with children with disabilities are formulated. Stages of psychological and pedagogical support of the family raising children with disabilities, and also the main directions of work with a family within the Centers of early help and support are designated.

This article is considered the problem of influence of style of family education on development of independence of children 5–6 years old. The views of authors were studied and were analyzed, determining the impact of the family on the development of children's personality and were proved that children can achieve a certain level of independence by the end of preschool age. We found out that democratic style is the most acceptable style. It instills the skills of independence among children, leads to the achievement of results of activity. The article also presents the aim and methods of studying the level of independence of preschool children, the results of identifying the impact of family education style on the development of independence of senior preschoolers.

The article is devoted to the mutual trade and economic cooperation between Armenia and Georgia. The author points out that current political situation in the South Caucasus region and balance of power contribute to creation of preconditions for the development of Armenian-Georgian relations and raise them to a qualitatively new level. These relations are based not on political, but on trade economic benefit-oriented considerations. The author comes to the conclusion that political and economic cooperation between Armenia and Georgia is in many ways based on trade and energy transit through Georgian territory and it is comparatively small, though it keeps gradually growing. For example, already in 2017 Georgia was the sixth largest trade partner of Armenia in export volume (USD 155212.5 thousand).

An area of research in the present article is process of obtaining new scientific knowledge in the Russian Federation. The factor of influence of institutes of a citation index on efficiency of scientific and technical progress acts as an object of a research. The main results of the conducted research are the sentences on saving of level of motivation of all categories of researchers consisting in implementation of full indexation of content of a scientific digital library of eLIBRARY.RU taking into account the available stratification, but, at least, with saving of full statistics of citings for the lower stratum now excluded.

The article deals with the problem of the influence of the type of parental attitude to children on the situation of a child of primary school age in a group of peers. The data of studies using the method of "Sociometry" I Moreno and the method of "parental attitude Questionnaire" (A. Varga, V. stolina) are presented.
