The opportunities of general education organizations in the formation of a youth "Arctic brotherhood" are considered in the work. Researchers came to the conclusion that it would be the right decision to hold regular All-Russian Arctic Conference of Schoolchildren and Students on issues of functional competence and educational continuity.

Approaches to educational environment creation in Russia in XIX century are shown in this research work. Characteristics of constructing spacial-semantic component, communicational-organizational component, meaningfully-methodical component of educational environment in Tsarskoselsky lyceum are described. In the course of the work the author monitored music education in the practice of tutoring centers, as well as diagnosing the musicality of children by the method of K.V. Tarasova. It is worth noting the high growth of popularization of musical tutoring in general in our country. As a rule, these are centers that engage in tutoring in an «amateur» format, providing services for additional unlicensed education. As a result of work, the author obtained a whole range of conclusions relevant to research problem. Having become acquainted with the main approaches in the study of the essence of supplementary education, its most important characteristics for children and adults should be recognized as developing creative abilities that generally satisfy their needs. Researcher came to the conclusion that the music education in the conditions of the tutoring center is characterized by the following features: the age-old composition of groups, informal assessment system, personal approach to the student, variation of forms of educational activity.

The article reveals formation peculiarities of information-technology competence of the student-economists in the educational space of the university. The positive impact of educational space on formation of information-technology competence was reflected, if there is a great richness of technical means, in the case if teacher is enough in competence in the use of modern information technologies, if students take an active part in online testing.

On the basis of analysis of federal state educational standards and studies on the design, optimality and efficiency of the learning process, a basic model of the educational process is proposed in the article, based on the block-modular approach and the mathematical graph theory. It is shown that during the process design and depending on the filling of modules and their meaning, this model can be transformed and useful not only in the development and analysis of work programs, but also reflect the development of the personality, including taking into account negative factors. The boundaries of the proposed model usage are determined. The question of introducing qualitative and quantitative grades of this model on the basis of graph theory for controlling bodies is considered. Advantages of the block-modular approach application to the creation of educational programs in conjunction with the application of the model of the proposed species are highlighted.

В статье отмечено, что Борис Акунин прибегает в своем творчестве к таким приемам игровой поэтики, как игра, ирония, вымысел, для создания иллюзии той эпохи и тех героев, которые будто бы существовали, жили, радовались, любили, совершали подвиги, заимствуя стили и манеру письма писателей классиков и тем самым удостоверяя читателей в подлинности того, о чем пишет.

Статья посвящена одной из самых важных фигур истории русского перевода XIX века – В.А. Жуковскому. Широко известно, что он был не только талантливым русским поэтом, одним из основателей романтизма, но и не менее талантливым переводчиком. Его переводы немецких, английских, французских, испанских писателей, а также античные переводы высоко ценятся и в наши дни. Его перевод древнегреческой поэмы Гомера «Одиссеи» до сих пор является лучшим в своем роде и заслуженно считается вершиной переводческого наследия Василия Жуковского.

В данной работе предпринимается попытка охарактеризовать один из аспектов коммуникативного поведения В.В. Путина – реакцию на конфликтное поведение собеседника. Для достижения этой цели используется мультимодальный подход с применением методов анализа вербального, просодического и невербального компонентов коммуникации. Просодический компонент исследуется с помощью программы «Speech Analyzer». В ходе работы выявляются языковые и невербальные особенности коммуникативного поведения В.В. Путина. Анализ показал, что применение мультимодального подхода позволяет более глубоко и точно изучить коммуникативное поведение политика. Область применения результатов – теория коммуникации, психолингвистика.

Автор статьи отмечает, что знания и навыки финансовой культуры являются необходимостью в современном мире, поскольку позволяют человеку рационально организовать свой бюджет, эффективно пользоваться финансовыми инструментами, достичь личного благосостояния, что непосредственным образом оказывает положительное влияние на экономику страны в целом.

В статье представлен анализ результатов совместной работы администрации г. Владивостока со спортивными общественными организациями в сфере физической культуры и спорта в г. Владивостоке. На основе двухкомпонентного анализа определены проблемы, оказывающие значительное влияние на сферу физической культуры и спорта, варианты решения выявленных проблем и содержание мероприятий по повышению эффективности взаимодействия администрации г. Владивостока и спортивных федераций при реализации совместных проектов в исследуемой сфере. Представлено обоснование проекта организационно-экономической формы взаимодействия в сфере физической культуры и спорта на примере г. Владивостока.

В статье предпринимается попытка анализа цветовых вариаций, которые создают художественный образ Ирэн Форсайт из серии произведений Джона Голсуорси «Сага о Форсайтах». В результате исследования автор обнаруживает, что цвет является важным для создания образа героини. Наружное описание Ирэн целиком состоит из серого цвета, которое обозначает окружающую ее среду, но внутренне она предстает перед читателем с полным набором природных красок и оттенков, в отличие от Форсайтов, которые и внешне и внутренне окрашены в один и тот же цвет.

В статье предпринимается попытка анализа темы искусства и образа художника в новелле Томаса Манна «Тристан». В результате исследования автор выявляет, как писатель хотел доказать, что эстетическое должно гармонировать с этическим, что художник должен быть неотделим от жизни, а жизнь коренится в творчестве, что действительность должна являться не вдохновением, а лишь источником впечатлений.

Обеспечение занятости молодежи является долгосрочной задачей государственной социально-экономической политики. Актуальность данной работы заключается в том, что Республика Саха (Якутия) имеет молодую возрастную структуру населения, приток молодых специалистов на рынок труда растет ежегодно, и отмечаются проблемы с молодежной занятостью.
